They were excellent and got the appliances installed quickly. They were very accommodating. . I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

My son also purchased a washer and dryer from them. He went ahead and purchased a premium set. Both units were installed and were defective. they were both replaced. For our home, we purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. It was installed and did not work. They service person said it had defective sensors and a defective motor. They did replace the unit. The only thing I can think of that caused 3 out of 6 brand new units to be defective is that they are selling re-conditioned units. I would suggest to stay away from Famous Tate.

The experience in the store at East Bay was excellent. The two men who delivered the refrigerator were outstanding. They knew what they were doing and were very professional with the installation. It was a pleasure to have them deliver the frig and they were about to answer question on the functioning of the refrigerator. They were neat and quiet.

After we bought the washer we were told they would be here Monday to remove the old one and install the new one. On Monday they gave us a two hour window; between 6:00 pm and 8:00pm. At 8:00 pm we received a call they were running late. After they finally arrived, we were told at 9:00 pm that they can't do the job but they will send a new crew in the morning. Tuesday we did not receive a call so I contacted them. I get a call back from the salesman expelling they did not know the FRONT LOADING MACHINE was on a shelf. This is a lie because we had a full discussion with the salesman on Saturday. Now we are told we will have to hire our own installer! We cancelled the order and are headed back out to find a new washing machine. Thanks for wasting my time!

Great sales staff, Great prices (Lower then Lowes). Install went fine. Great service. Had a problem with a defective washer. They had no issues replacing it with a new one. Will use again

It went very well. We got all of our appliances in a timely manner except for the wall oven and they made sure we got an oven that was comparable to the one we ordered so we had it in time for the installation. If you go to Famous Tate in Spring Hill, Florida make sure to ask for Lynn she will take very good care of you.

The appliances we purchased were described and priced close to the top end of the market. The refrigerator makes noises that are explained as normal, but the gurgling, whooshing, and popping noises will draw your attention. The dishwasher is rated as the quietest they carried, and includes a disposal. The machine performs fine while washing, heck it's hardly noticeable, but the disposal is so loud it drowns out conversation.
There isn't anything so radically wrong with these appliances that it warrants returning them to the retailer, but we'll go to a different store when these need to be replaced.

Our dishwasher broke and could not be repaired. After researching dishwashers online, I called Famous Tate and ordered a new Amana basic dishwasher. They were very nice. They took my order over the phone. It was installed by an outside company within the expected timeframe.
I had some trouble with the dishwasher in October. I called Famous Tate who explained it was still under warrantee. A repair man was sent out two days later and it was fixed free of charge. (something had been stuck in the food trap)

First of all, I want to commend John Garmon from Famous Tate. He is by far the best representative of a major appliance distributor I had the pleasure dealing with. He is courteous, prompt, responsive and follows up! Unheard of! He not only helped us replace our Viking fridge, he also got his installation team to fix our Viking Dishwasher which somehow had come out of its brackets (vibration?) anyhow, great service, great customer service, Famous Tate's is it and so is John Garmon!

Only local appliance store that was able to get me the LG microwave I wanted. Cost no more then quotes I received on line. They had it in stock and was able to make a quick delivery. Install went really well with people who knew what they were doing. I have no cons in doing business with them and will visit them again with next appliance purchase.

I contacted the company and they told me they would could not fix it because it is Samsungs responsibility. Samsung told me to call Famous Tate to get this fixed. I first called Famous Tate and was told to call the appliance repairs. Three different companies told me that they could not fix it because it was not making the noise when they were there.

"We are sorry that the factory authorized servicers were not able to diagnose or resolve your refrigerator issue. We have researched your situation with the multiple servicers who've visited your home and found that none will return due to the way their techs were treated. Since the cracking noise seems to occur intermittently, you can try pulling the refrigerator away from the wall slightly. We have heard of cases where the refrigerator is touching the back wall, which can cause vibration and occasional noise during normal operation. We are confident in the network of factory authorized appliance service companies that we utilize and recommend for both in warranty and out of warranty repairs. In this case, we cannot offer any further recourse."
