It was painless. I called for service, Scott was here within 24 hrs. He was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He did not have the part on the truck. He said it would be about a week before he would be back. Before the week was up he came and repaired the frig and it's working better than ever. Cost of repair was reasonable. I have used them before and have recommended them to friends and family. Always very positive results. Highly recommend!

this company doesn't have any expert people and technicians. Scott came to my house for repairing my refrigerator for the water and icemaker problem, he told me it cost $300 to be fixed he got $100 from me to get the part and come back to finish his job . he never showed up back and never call me back to update me for two months. after 2 months I decided to unplug the refrigerator, after I plugged it back the problem was solved and the water and icemaker started to work without needing to replace any part. I called and asked him to return my money after deducting the service charge. he never did that. This guy is not trustable and not a person for this kind of job, just come to your house to get that service charge. Don't trust him. My advice

Excellent service! I live in Ocala, Fl and the property that needed the refrigerator repaired was in Davie, Fl. Mr. Gunn kept me informed of the process each step of the way. ;-) It was over the 4th of July weekend. He is so easy to work with paid a deposit and balance after work was completed. Highly recommend!

Scott was super friendly, explananative, and knowledgeable. He showed up exactly as promised. We discussed my dryer working but not heating and he gave me several pointers for helping maintain my dryer for longevity once the repair was complete. The repair was super fast and he had all the parts with him. I will definitely use Gunn Appliance for any future repairs!
