A little high on price, but did a free estimates.

Terrible experience with a shower leak. Missed diagnosed and charged for services that were not completed. Charged for drain cleaning, camera viewing of the drain and a $6000 estimate o replace the shower. A second opinion from local plumber led to an immediate discover of the blockage and replacement of seal for $450. A caulking tube discovered by second plumber had been blocking the drain since construction and was visible upon removing the drain cover. 2 plumbers from BF never saw it and couldn?t have possibly cleared or made a camera inspection. Total scam

Very good service but a little pricey

water pressure dropped. Promised itemized bill and warranty material never arrived. My request for them to call me to talk about the water pressure problem was either lost or ignored. The cost was extremely high for the three or four hours they worked.

The company contacted very quickly and scheduled an appointment to survey and give me an estimate. The plumber technician arrived as scheduled and immediately scheduled me for the next morning. The old unit was removed without incident as was the new unit installation. Mike was courteous and approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the steps in the work process. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Just had a new kitchen faucet installed it is a old house so I wanted a professional in case there was any additional problems they gave me their recommendations they said I did not need to do anything else at this time I appreciate the advice got my project done and have not had any issues.

Nick Ogline was awesome!! Very professional, did a great job installing my water heater and arrived on the early side of the time window. I thought it was a little pricey but I feel confident the job was done right and would definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again.

They’re honest and trustworthy. Very thorough and detailed in the initial visit to determine the problem and costs. Very professional during the entire project to replace our aging sewer pipes. The 2 man crew to do the work were great, prompt everyday, worked hard everyday, friendly, respectful of us and our home. Honestly, you can’t go wrong hiring this company.

Chris was very nice. Was a bit worried when brand new disposal made horrible noise when first installed. Chris worked on it some more and now sounds fine. He stated there is a two year parts and labor warranty. Cost was about average.
