After each part was completed, payment was due, not before. This was the first time I didn't need to provide an initial upfront deposit. Kurt promised a completion date of 4 weeks and it was completed on time. He arrived daily on time and worked by himself the entire day. They came out the day after Christmas, when their office was still closed for the holidays. My husband is in a wheelchair, so digging up our floors was not an option.
