I didn't realize there is so much involved with re-keying locks, fixing a latch, making all your outside doors open with the same key, yada, yada, yada. Needless to say, Garrett had a response for all of my requests and didn't run the other way. He was simply incredible and handled all those tasks without blinking an eye and made a few suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. All this started when someone said my door handle was sticking. I asked Garrett several questions while he was there and I can tell you, he is honest, extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. He could have sold me a new door handle for the front door, which would have been expensive because there are 4 sets on the door, but he just fixed the latch for me for the time being. We know there's a possibility of it eventually needing to be replaced but we'll ride it out in the meantime. "Thank you, Carlos!!! We called Carlos in the middle of the night on a Sunday evening! There is no other locksmith I would ever call or recommend to my family or friends! I had accidentally locked myself out of a room that had my keys, phone, and two dogs inside so I needed someone to come out as quickly as possible. Carlos was at my house within 45 minutes as expected. His professionalism and perseverance, to open the lock I had, which was more complicated (because I had installed it incorrectly) was very impressive! Instead of breaking the lock, which would have been the easiest way to go, Carlos was determined to save the lock which in turn saved me money as well!
