Blue Dolphin is an old school ideological business.  They are dedicated to the customer.  Our experience began with a phone call appointment that met our needs exactly.  Brent arrived punctually, proceeded to introduce himself, and get acquainted with us.  We discussed the project, and Brent provided cost savings recommendations.  The work was performed expertly.  Brent certainly takes his craft seriously and ethically.  It was refreshing to work with Brent as clearly was his goal was to provide "Customer Service"! This was actually an enjoyable experience and a "breath of fresh air".  We have very high standards when it comes to home services, and have to say this was of the highest quality.  We recommend them with our highest regard.  If you are in their service area and you do not choose Blue Dolphin you are doing yourself a disservice.

I was closing on our home and needed all the key locks changed out in a limited window of time. I called blue dolphin locksmith. Brent answered right away I explained my situation he replied without second thought he could make the appointment and be done at the time needed. Being over a thousand miles away it was a piece of mind knowing the job was done right and efficient.

It went great! He was very professional, he performed quality work, and the price was very reasonable.  We would definitely use again, and we highly recommend him.

Everything went wonderful.  I called and was given an appointment about one hour later.  Brent arrived on time..  Repairs were done at contracted price without additional cost for the cleaning inside of lock.  He spent at least 20-25 minutes extra making it work freely.  I highly recommend him.  And everything was done without Brent knowing until he left that I was going to rate him on Angie's List.

I called Brent at about 9:45am to inquire about an appointment.  He said he could be at my home at 11:00am.  He arrived early, I showed him the doors that needed to be rekeyed (he even suggested rekeying the interior door of my garage) and then he went to work.  He was pleasant, performed his duties quickly and efficiently, and even offered to remove the locks from my lanai doors that the listing agent for my new home neglected to do after closing.  He offered me my new master keys on the spot and even included an additional key for free.  I will certainly contact him on future occasions for which I need a locksmith's services.  I cannot express how pain-free he made the process.  I recommend Brent wholeheartedly and encourage everyone to take advantage of the deal ($105 for the rekeying of seven locks).  It is particularly helpful for new homeowners like myself.

Brent arrived @ the time specified. He was professional and friendly. Out of 4 estimates his was the least expensive. After an error on my part, which caused him a trip back, he was very gracious!
