Extremely responsive and was able to come out the day I called - that was the good part. The bad - told me that I needed a total door knob replacement for $495 ontop of the $110 for the service, so $605 total. My gut said that I was being gouged and there was a much simpler/cheaper solution. Called another locksmith who fixed a spring on the door knob assembly - $124 all in. Door knob works great now.

I e-mailed Sunday night, Mike was here Monday. He was delayed and called to let me know. Very professional. He repaired my keyed entry door know lock and noticed that my deadbolt was not working well and fixed that too without additional charge. I have used them before and have been happy. Thanks,Mike!

It went awesome. The gentleman that helped me worked for Comcast in the past. I was on the phone with Comcast and was having some problems and even helped me open up an outlet and reconnect the cables. He did an awesome job on the locks as well. Definitely recommend you use them.

Mike arrived on time and gave me his estimate. He was professional, kind and polite. He was here 2 and 1/2 hours. He put a deadbolt on my metal garage door and re-keyed my locks. He also made me four new keys. He did a great job, worked diligently. I would hire them again without hesitation. I did think the price was a little high, but then I really don't have much to compare it to, since I haven't had this kind of work done lately.

OK. We had signed up for an Angie's List deal but while we thought it covered the visit, it didn't. In fact, it only saved $5 off their regular price. One disappointment was that the locksmith wasn't able to save our current lock (he didn't have parts for it) so we ended with an orphan key (different key) for that lock; we would have had to change all the locks. Further, the prices seemed a little high.
