I didn't realize there is so much involved with re-keying locks, fixing a latch, making all your outside doors open with the same key, yada, yada, yada. Needless to say, Garrett had a response for all of my requests and didn't run the other way. He was simply incredible and handled all those tasks without blinking an eye and made a few suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. All this started when someone said my door handle was sticking. I asked Garrett several questions while he was there and I can tell you, he is honest, extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. He could have sold me a new door handle for the front door, which would have been expensive because there are 4 sets on the door, but he just fixed the latch for me for the time being. We know there's a possibility of it eventually needing to be replaced but we'll ride it out in the meantime. We look forward to using his service again and you definitely can feel comfortable calling lvl Locksmith as well. Thanks Garrett for your help!

Quick response. Jerry seemed to know what he was doing. However the door is a bit loose feeling as if someone could enter by putting a credit card in the space by the bolt. I will have that remedied.

All good...except for one deadbolt hole!

My keypad was not working on Christmas night. I had no idea who to call and submitted a request to HomeAdvisor online. In less than 15 minutes a locksmith from Level 100 called me back willing to go right then. I had him go in the morning and he was very friendly and courteous and got in and repaired the keypad. Great job!

After locking myself out of my house, this locksmith drove all the way from Port Charlotte to North Fort Myers at a scheduled time and serviced my lockout. He couldnâ t pick the lock or successfully gain entry without drilling the knob lock out but he did his best, I think. I donâ t know if anyone could have done better and he gave me access to my home in the dark and for that Iâ m thankful.
