"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY We chose Jack Rabbit based on a recommendation from a friend, expecting professionalism, transparency, and quality service. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. At the time I was gathering quotes, my husband, a professional engineer was not home. He also wasn’t present during the installation. To ensure clarity, I had Jack Rabbit’s engineer/salesperson speak with him by phone. That conversation quickly turned tense, as the salesperson was dismissive and disrespectful toward my husband’s expertise. It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. With temperatures soaring and no AC for a few days, I made a rushed decision to move forward with Jack Rabbit, trusting that they would honor their agreement to match a competitor’s quote not just in price, but in equipment and specifications. That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment. The AC unit installed was not the higher-end model we were led to expect, and the discrepancy only came to light after the fact. I left messages for upper management and the owner, hoping to discuss our disappointment and give the company an opportunity to acknowledge where things went wrong. To date, I have received no return call. That silence speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service and accountability. This experience has left us feeling misled and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward and respectful transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by poor communication, broken promises, and a lack of integrity and money out the window. Now that we’ve paid thousands of dollars, to include a one-year service agreement, I find myself asking: do I even dare have them come back? Can I trust them to do right by us? Sadly, they already have our money, and based on this experience, I have little confidence they’ll stand behind their work. If you’re considering this company, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Reputation means nothing without integrity, and based on my experience, Jack Rabbit does not stand behind their word or their work. Positive Note: The installer Dejour was excellent, so patient and understanding. So professional and took the time to explain things to me, when others from the company wouldn't clarify. "I had Tim , a 21 year old who was professional with a kind demeanor. He tested to see what the problem was. He was able to answer my questions and show me numbers I knew I had to have for efficient working off my system. He replaced the part. For $225. The company I first called to have a look at the A/C quoted me $3231 and multiple other options with replacement of fan motor, compressor and capacitor. The capacitor was replaced and all the other numbers normal. I already told two of my neighbors who asked if my A/C was fixed. Thank you Rubin for coming out to give me a free quote there was no pressure, just confident, honest work. "

Came back when part came in and had us up and running within an hour. We have always been very pleased with Cool Breeze. Kenny is always prompt with rerun calls. They were swamped with many calls and getting to their customers as soon as possible. Love this company."

"Terrible. Since construction they have been out numerous times. Broke drain line and flooded upstairs of house causing $$$$$ damage. Final straw: they came out and said everything ok with our systems. As none were cooling properly and monthly electric bills > $800 we called another company. They found all three AC's were low on freon requiring 13 pounds total. Fan in one dehumidifier totally broken off and all 3 drawing air from hot attic space and dumping into air handlers. Floats all wired incorrectly with several floats on each pan and not properly connected causing compressor to shut down. One unit that they signed off on and frozen switch over valve causing unit to run continuously calling for heat and cold at the same time. Installed one room vent incorrectly so that room is 4 degrees colder and no way to change it. The list goes on and on. Some of their techs are top notch, others don't know what they are doing. New company came out and fixed it all for $6200 after warranty!! I would not recommend this company."
