It did not . Install was fine for 6 years , than stopped working . They replace the 2 elements , still is not working after returning for season .Now they are not returning calls , 4 calls and text’s - no response !

I called A plumbing Pro and Tim returned my call fairly quick, explained what I needed done and agreed to a time to have the work done, Tim showed up on time as agreed upon, he was very professional , and quick he had the drain blockage cleared and sink strainer repaired in just over a half n hour, and the price was very Fair. We worked with the owner Tim he was always just a phone call away. It’s easy to get a national average price of what a job should cost these days through research sites. A-Plumbing Pro estimate came in at just that, I received two other bids from household name companies that advertise all the time, their bids where twice the bid of A-Plumbing Pros. Turns out these companies hire a commissioned sales agent who tacks his commission on the job estimate. My job was time sensitive and they made it work. I would definitely use them again!

AWESOME!! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR A PLUMBING COMPANY!! I always do competitive bidding for all of my subcontracting jobs. I got five other proposals for labor only (I supplied the faucet). A Plumbing Pro's reviews were GREAT and their proposal was the best, so I had them do the work. I had communicated with Tim the owner and had sent him pictures of the current valves and plumbing to verify that there would not be any added charges. Removing the old faucet was more difficult than expected and some modifications had to be made. No doubt the job took longer than anticipated, but (and here's the best part), TIM HONORED HIS PROPOSAL!!! I've had used a lot of subcontractors in my life and whenever they stand by their word, I will continue to use them and most certainly recommend them!!! Save yourself time and use A Plumbing Pro!!

Contacted via Angie List - responded in two hours. Provided quote; declined quote, although quote suggested should be clear alternative quotes included the water heater. Then discovered the alternative supplier quote did not included the water heater; called cell - Tim came same day installed heater as quoted; in additional make improvements using all copper. Also at same time installed new water line entry bid from county system - quoted cost and reasonable as already on site. Recommended without hesitation.

Excellent job. They said they would pick up the pre-purchased water heater by mid morning and be here before noon and they were. Both Tim and Rob were courteous, very knowledgeable, quick and left our garage spotless!! We highly recommend them!!!

Tim showed up on time and went right to work. The heater was installed and the area cleaned and left cleaner then when Tim first arrived at the house. Company had previously installed a water heater in a timely and professional manner. Thought of them immediately for the kitchen remodel. Ken did a very efficient job in disconnecting the faucet lines, garbage disposal, and drain pipes. What was truly phenomenal was the quickness of response when a water pipe was broken, not once, but on two different occasions during the installation of the new cabinets. Ken was there to fix the problem in a very short period of time. The reconnection of water line, disposal, and drain pipes was flawless. All of this at a very reasonable price. Hats off to a very professional person and company.
