"I knew I was going to have to replace my very old central air conditioning unit and had taken bids almost a year and a half ago, yet I was putting it off for financial reasons. When my old unit finally quit working last week I decided to go ahead and replace it rather than try to fix it. I called Paul at Polar Bear Air and he had a crew out the very next day. Upon inspection it was decided I need all new ductwork. The old ductwork was falling apart, and was not delivering cold air to different parts of the condo. The installer, Matt worked tirelessly over the next two days installing the ductwork in our very hot attic. And replaced the units inside and out. When I asked if there was a way I could finance half of the expense, as the ductwork put me over budget, Paul arranged financing through a company within ten minutes of my request. I asked for different brand options, I was told this was the best options. I contacted few other companies to get few more quotes after getting recommendations from neighbors & Angi website.
