They came and identified the problem, fixed it and did some knowledge transfer. I had to pay the emergency fees but they did a good job.

Had a diagnostic of heating system completed which died on me. A little costlier than competitors but very thorough! Didn't recommend fixing it rather replacing it, which appears to be standard practice these days.

Hired these guys to add a new zone to our (very complicated - 5 zone) radiant heating system and to diagnose some system performance issues (that had confounded previous technicians). They hung in there and finally cracked the code and left us with a new zone and a high performing system! All for what I thought was a very reasonable price for the value they provided.

Highly recommend these guys! They worked very hard to solve a problem we had been trying to have fixed. They did it!! Very respectful, reliable, and honest. Nice guys!!

Virginia Heating and Air responded to my request for HVAC repair immediately and they arrived the next morning during the scheduled one hour window. Mark and Steve were great, they listened and were able to quickly doagnose and repair my cooling system issues, all the while educating me on how my system operated and how to keep it running efficiently. They did a full system inspection, a chemical cleaning of my outside unit, replaced a failed capacitor, recharged the freeon, and adjusted dampers for maximum efficiency. Price seemed fair for the work completed, which was completed in two hours.

Mark is a very honest and upfront business owner. He also offers military discounts. We appreciate the professionalism and transparency his crew and he extended to our household during their service visit.

I contacted them on Saturday morning, they gave me the least expensive quote of the companies I spoke to, and were able to come quickly. They arrrived ahead of schedule, were efficient, thorough, and friendly. An A+++ experience, I will use them every time I need someone in the future, although I hope that is not often!

I inquired about a service call to diagnose my AC, which wasn't working. Saeed tried to walk me through what he thought was a simple fix, but I wasn't able to complete it. He sent someone (Jason - super friendly and knowledgeable) first thing the next morning, who was able to perform the simple fix, and still only charged me the service call/diagnosis fee! Some companies would have charged me up the wazoo!

Great service and fixed the damper without charging me to take the whole unit apart. Will definitely call these guys first for any future repairs!

I arranged for a cleaning and assessment of my electrical hvac system in preparation for a sale of my home. I received an assessment instead for a gas based system. Sloppy and useless work. I have written to the technician, but with no response. I will refuse the credit card charge as the correct work was not done.

Professional, fast, and friendly.

Made a request through Home Advisor early Sat. morning around 7:30 and they contacted me before 8:00 and had a technician at my house around noon. The tech easily diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner (low refrigerant) and corrected the problem quickly.

They were unable to do the repair and were way off the mark as to what it would take to get the unit running.

They did a great job!
