Sales experience was EXCELLENT. Installation experience was good. Installers definitely got to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only complaint is with moving furniture. They were very careful about flooring, but did not always watch doorways and walls. I have a couple of dings to touch up.

The whole process went well! Jeff on the sales side was very helpful. The installation team was awesome. Very polite and did a nice job.

Very good. We were looking at replacing carpet in a large master bedroom and changing out carpet for LVP in another. Jeff responded to an Angi's solicitation I submitted. We set an appointment which was set up timely. Jeff arrived as scheduled and was very helpful in first understanding what we wanted, then suggesting options, being sure to highlight pros and cons of the various options. Jeff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His quote was selected and installation was scheduled promptly. Again, his team arrived on time, went right to work and did a professional installation, and complete cleanup. Very pleased with the results. I do not hesitate to recommend Jeff for any flooring project and will definately contact him again as the need arises.

Everything went very well except for the delay in obtaining the product due to back order. It took 2 months for it to arrive at the store then another 2 weeks for the actual installation. The floor is perfect for what I need it for. The installers did a great job. Very efficient and professional.

the work was okay. they rescheduled me twice and I'm not happy with that, the other one didn't speak English so there was a language barrier, and I'm not gonna use them again because of it.

We do try to ensure that we have someone that can speak english and but sometimes due to avalibilty we have to get the job done. I do know that at the end of the day your flooring was installed correctly and you have not had any problems with the carpet."
