Sean was the best contractor I have had for any of my many home remodeling projects! He was very timely at giving me a quote, and he did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. And he did everything to make sure we were very satisfied with the job, going above and beyond what I expected him to do; like, putting felt pads under our heavy furniture so when we move the furniture later, the furniture wouldnâ t scratch the brand new looking wood floors. It was a pleasure having him perform this difficult job!

I would give negative stars if possible. The job is incomplete, where the floor is seal there are sanding marks left in the floor, the color stain is nothing close to the color I approved and they did not even remove all of the previous stain so it looks terrible. They took advantage of opportunities they were not immediately supervised and wandered through the house without permission and took photos of valuables. Mulutiple excuses were provided for why the full job was not completed and they refused to provide materials for me to finish the job. As time goes on it is clear I will have to hire someone else to fix all the messes that were left. In messages trying to get them to finish the job I was told they went above and beyond. They were given multiple opportunities to make things right but stopped responding and just made excuse after excuse. Highly recommend you do not even consider this contractor.

Trying to find a reason to NOT give a 5c star review and I honestly can't. Sean was quick to come and give a quote, gave a great price i couldn't pass up and got started the next day. He's very personable to talk to and passionate about his job. He did an amazing job and I'll be calling when I need my upstairs done. Don't hesitate to call him. You won't be sorry.

Sean is quick to respond . He was open to helping me with additional projects that needed attention.

Sean did an excellent job on our floors. We had 700 square feet of hardwood floors to refinish, and were on a time crunch to move in to the house. He got the job done very quickly for us, and we couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out. Sean is very easy to communicate with and worked with us on all of our needs. Rusty Woods Renovations refinished the wood floors in my daughters bedroom. She was ecstatic how it transformed the whole room. They gave me an estimate that was fair. They started the job promptly and were finished in a matter of days. I would %100 recommend them. Bonus, Sean is a wonderful person and a pleasure to be around.. Sean is personable and easy to work with. He was able to work with both his schedule and ours to do a bedroom that was stained bare wood and touch-up our previously refinished living room and hall during our planned weekend away. I will contact him next time we remove carpet and want hardwood refinished!

You couln't ask for a better group of people to do your floors. They were very kind and mannerable. They knew their work very well and was able to tell me the name of the wood on my floor. They also fitted me in their schedule and made sure it was compatible with my schedule & convenient for me.

Sean was very professional as well as down to earth. He was able to fit me into his very tight schedule to meet the deadline I had to reach. When we removed the carpet and pad from the rooms, it looked like someone had taken mulberries and gum, threw them on the floor and ground them in and installed the carpet over the top. Sean was able to sand these floors and refinish them to a very beautiful natural wood finish. I highly recommend him.
