Zsolt Csonka and Landshark Homes Improvement did a complete remodel of our home on time and on budget. The results are beautiful and we are very pleased. (The above options for work needed to be done don't include the scope of this project). The work included new exterior siding and painting, removing popcorn and painting all ceilings, painting the entire interior, installation of LVP flooring in most rooms and tile in foyer, bathrooms and lanai, a completely new kitchen, total overhaul of both bathrooms, new lighting throughout, new ceiling fans. We got a new home in our beloved neighborhood -- in two months -- and for what we consider to be a very good price.
