Failed permits I have had MAJOR problems with this company. They started out strong. They replaced my unit and my ductwork which seem to be going smoothly. They helped me out at the beginning. The first unit was put in 02/2024 also the ductwork was put in new. It working great forr 5 months. THEY SENT 8 MEN IN HERE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.. to making up excuses of why it wasn't working, to adding freon twice in a week to a brand new unit. Worst after 8 visits, one of the sides was glued shut so they couldn't even look at the coil. The last tech , took off the side, after getting it unglued. There was about 4 inches of ice on top of the gold coils. Wow! These are trained HVAC technicians? Licensed??? Only one, that realized it was glued shut, after 8 visits? I probably have 30 pictures since the day they put the first unit in Scarey. How pathetic??. Only thorough technician, I asked to call the Lennox Rep to follow up the problem. Placed 7/24 no permits. Failed 2x Help

I have been with Fast for years. Nestor came to check my ceiling fan which wasn't working. He patiently worked to find the problem. The switch in the casing had broken and needed to be replaced. Nestor and his diligence saved me from having to buy a new fan. Thank you Nestor.

This Company is TOP NOTCH. I had about seven companies come to my home, none of which were of their caliper. They were responsive. Katie could not be MORE EFFICIENT, from set up to delivery. Greg Thomas and Axel.. came first. The Heads..were pleasant, SMILES that would cheer up ANYONE. They SAVED MY LIFE!!! From all the workers to the bosses could not have asked for a better company to come. Their vehicles were clean and nice their clothes were crisp and they all had great funny demeanor. The setup, installation, and clean up was remarkable. What great TEAMWORK ##1 . Being sick, they could not have come at a better time in my life. Thank you for all that you did/do each and every one of you..

Joe was very courteous and professional as he worked. He left our condo clean and explained his findings.

They did answer in a timely fashion when no other company did. That is about all I can say about them in a positive manner. They make you join their program which gives you 20 percent off but you have to pay to join. You get an AC tune up included with it. The job was done successfully but they were very messy. They hung some light fixtures and left black fingerprints all over the ceilings where they did work. The cost was astronomical but needed the work done so had to pay the ransom. They were here and we asked them to change a few outlets and they were charging 295 dollars for each one. It would have been 2000 to get 6 of them changed. THe cost for the parts were under 30 dollars when I went and bought them at Home Depot.

I have an annual service contract with FAST of Florida, and I called them yesterday to check on what I thought was a leaking condenser on my roof. Roberto came out the same evening, went up on the roof to check the condenser, and made a video to show me the condition. There was no leak, but he did identify that there were wires on the unit that had deteriorated to the point that copper was showing through the lines in several places. He fixed that and checked the remaining components and identified other areas of issue, that he also repaired. Roberto was so knowledgeable, informative, professional and courteous. He was so helpful and took the time to video what he saw and then explained to me what he was seeing. It was truly a pleasure to meet someone who took pride in his work and wanted to make everything just right for the customer.

I used this company for an installation of a brand-new Split AC/Heating unit because of making my 5-month-old infant comfortable in the room, paid $6500 in mid-december 2020. It stopped working one week after installation, It was fixed one week later. Two weeks after that it stopped working again, Jonathan came and said one of the parts needs replacing and it will take 7-10 days, Ten days pass by and no call, I called then spoke to Jonathans supervisor, Hector. He said the part will take 2-3 wks. Three weeks passed by and I called again and I was told they will send a message to the supervisor and someone will get back to me. No answer for another wk. I finally got a call from the customer service after 4 wks stating that the part is in and they need to schedule an install date. Install date was given after 4 days. Two individuals came to install and they said, it needs to order another part for the unit to be operational. We are at the end of week 5 and there is no update on when the new part will be in or when the unit will be operational. I have been trying to get hold of the General manager (Chrlie), I left 4 messages for him to call me in the past 10 days but no returned call from him either. I have also tried getting in touch with a company but I was told that the company is under corporation and does not have an owner. My next step is to hire an attorney to get my money back or sue them. If you want to go through what I am going through, by all means, use their service. I wish I had read their reviews from different sources and not just from google.
