Very professional company, that keeps open lines of communication. The work performed was high quality and was able to be kept inside our budget. I would hire them again for future projects. Everyone that comes over to our house absolutely loves our outdoor bar/kitchen.

We used Ian and Trident Contracting for our full house remodel in March 2022 and we have had nothing but great results. Ian was extremely knowledgable and was able to instruct us on the best ways to handle portions of the house such as which floors would be best for us based on our needs and the most cost effective ways to make kitchen adjustments. He handled everything from start to finish and was always extremely responsive with a clear goal of making our home a dream. Ian was able to remove a wall in our house to make it open concept, did two full bathroom remodels, a kitchen renovation and put new floors throughout. His team did a great job, and they worked perfectly within our timeline with no delays. We would highly recommend working with Trident Contracting for any of your remodel needs.

Exactly as advertised! Ian walked us through the entire plan, which included removing a wall and completely renovating 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, and sure enough the end product matched the expectation. Throughout the project, Trident Contracting always showed up on time and made sure we were kept in the loop with the latest updates. I have already recommended Trident Contracting to my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so!

Ian we prompt and kept me informed as to what was going on. Once the project got started, it went smoothly. The workers did a good job and I was pleased with the final project.

They were always dependable to show and available for questions. Our bathroom looked better than we imagined and the work was well done. They also made sure to clean up after themselves which was refreshing. It removed a lot of stress we had experienced with previous home renovations with other companies. We would suggest them to friends looking to do home renovations and want it done well and smoothly.

Ian was friendly and great to work with, and he made sure I was satisfied before submitting final payments. I used them for exterior painting, stucco and interior carpet. The work was always completed in the agreed upon time frame. I will keep them in mind for future projects.
