"My story is long so please bear with me. My husband broke his hip and ended up having surgery and going to rehabilitation. Our bathroom was not properly equipped to accommodate his needs. I had 7 contractors come to my home and provide estimates to retrofit the master bathroom. To say that their estimates were over the moon is putting it mildly. The owner of Next level Shower and Bath was one of the last contractors to provide an estimate. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He and I clicked right away. He totally understood what was needed and provided me with many suggestions. I was so impressed with his knowledge of what was needed to make our bathroom usable and comfortable for my husband who prior to the hip surgery, was using a walker and now using a wheelchair. His crew were top notch. They worked very hard and produced quality workmanship. Tim was on site everyday and constantly checking in to make sure he and his team were exceeding expectations. "Started off Great! They called everyday to follow up on progress. After receiving 80% of money, Calls stopped, Actually they avoided calls for weeks not knowing what was going on. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend."

A quick scheduling (less than 2 weeks), on time every day, no time wasting, maybe one of the hardest working trios I have seen. (They got along with my loud obnoxious dog.) And precise, no surprises. A benefit is Joshua’s certification to handle plumbing and electric so no subs. Flexible and fair on costs. And the bottom line: a wonderful new tub and moisture-resistant shower walls and new fixtures. All sealed head to toe. No shortcuts.
