Relo Interior ServicesRelo completed the remodel of our master bathroom in 2014. Our shower door needed some readjustment and a tile replaced from normal wear and tear. We are well past the warranty in 2021. After calling the office, I was quickly routed to a Project Manager and they handled coordinating the repairs from there. Something that I thought would be a quick fix wasn't, at no fault of their own. I was thankful that Relo was willing to coordinate all of the folks to do the repairs and the PM was there with them each time.- Caroline V.

Arce Remodeling CorpJesse does a good job, he gives you ideas and uses quality materials. He is straightforward in telling you what you need to buy and when. He finished the job very timely and cleaned up everyday. My only caveat is to make sure you get his price on anything he suggests or offers to do after the contract. Every person there is polite, helpful, calm and responsive. Brothers, Monte Jr. and Paul, are highly collaborative and have great vision. The demo crew, which included Monte Sr, was fast and efficient. Their finish work, handled by Angie and Gwyn, is impeccable. I miss having them around! Zoltan Kovacs Plumbing IncLook no more for a reputable and extremely skilled plumber with a great work ethic. Zoltan is where I put my trust. Zoltan communicate each detail and the expected timing of each step in our custom remodel.Does in get done in 1 day? No but we weren't looking for a company that could correct our bathroom issues with pre-fab materials in one day.We have a quality product and the bathroom is beautiful!. Zoltan informed us of the time line for the Plumbing and remodel.He was right on target with the renovation time.He escorted us through the tile store and he help us match the decor we chose. Zoltan is a honorable hard working plumber.He was on the job site most of the time and had his employees work solo,he surveyed there work each day.We did not have to lift a finger in getting things completed. At the end of each day the workers cleaned and organized there tools and materials in the garage. This impressed us because of there work ethic also! They are very efficient with their time and work they do it in a timely manner and all of them are neat and clean they even clean their workspace before they go. They also updates me a day ahead on their time of arrival. I have a dog and she's not barking to them and that felt so nice because for me if my dog is not comfortable to you she won't stop barking. Luxury Bath offers complete bathroom remodeling services and has an A+ rating with Angie's List and the BBB. We are licensed plumbers and general contractors, and we use our own employees to do all the work (no subcontractors) with the exception of major electrical work that requires a licensed electrician. We accept all major credit cards and also offer financing.
Recent Review:
This is a tough one to write. The first project, remodel of master bath, was supposed to be a 8-10 day project. It took almost 6 weeks to finish. I had to wait 5 months to even get started, 2 more than expected. When it did start, there was a lot of confusion. The install teams had very limited info, and weren't even sure what they were supposed to do. After going over it all again, they started, and progressed slowly. First, they had underestimated the amount of tile required, and more had to be ordered, which caused delay. When they put all the wall tile up, they used the wrong color grout on about half of it, then damaged many tiles when gouging out the wrong grout. They had to replace about 1/3 of the tiles, which of course had to be ordered, more delay. They had the wrong hardware for the room, it belonged to the 2nd bathroom. The floor grout turned white and had to be acid washed twice. (This may not have been their fault). They got overspray on everything when texturing the walls. Things were randomly covered and not covered. It was a disaster. There was poor organization, poor communication, and outright untruths. The owner did come out, and did seem genuinely interested in solving the problems, but if you're doing any kind of major remodel, I would look elsewhere. On the other hand, the tub-to-shower conversion was right on schedule, looks great, and had no problems at all. If you're just doing a basic conversion like this, they're fine.

This company is an absolute nightmare. They have been in my home for 6 months and still not even close to finishing the job. Everything they do has to be re-done a second and third time. We have had 4 PM's and I've the VP has been to my house and no one cares. They have their supplies taking up my entire garage and back patio. Currently I've been told they are waiting on supplies and won't be back for 2 weeks. My family of 4 has been sharing a bathroom for 6 months. Do not even consider using this company. They are absolutely horrible.

Paid for waterfall edge on 2 countertops, cut wrong the first time, didn't match the 2nd and the 3rd install they spliced a piece on the bottom of their original mistake. John "owner" was belligerent and yelling on the phone. Could careless about the workmanship after they cashed our check.

I purchased metal 3D tiles that I wanted installed on my fireplace wall (floor to ceiling) - not an easy task considering the complexity of the tiles. It was a complicated job that would require a skilled professional installer with a strong attention to detail. Hennie and his son Abel met with me to get a full understanding of my vision. They were on top of every detail of the job from start to finish. The entire team was courteous, professional, meticulous, hard-working and really cared about the customer (me) and the end result. Kevin did tear out and install of the wood flooring, and Etni & Abner did tile installation - all top notch professionals. The job took just under two weeks and they worked diligently to get it done. I highly recommend Schoeman Construction for your remodeling/construction needs.
