I hired this company to renovate my kitchen. Adrain and his staff were so easy to work with . Reymond was my foreman. He was here everyday to keep things moving along. I am so happy and pleased with my finished kitchen. It looks like something out of a magazine. In fact I am so pleased with the kitchen and the professionalism that I asked Adrain to update and renovate the master bath. I can't say enough good things about this company. Overall the work was done very well!! Some minor corrections needed to be made but the contractor was accessible and accommodating.

We have worked with A1 Services for several years and many different projects, and have always been incredibly pleased with their work. They take the time to truly listen and understand what we are hoping to achieve, they happily discuss and provide suggestions for potential options, and do everything in their power to ensure that the job is done with care and precision and beautiful results.

We did a complete renovation. Kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area and lanai. Adrian and his team did an incredible job. We’re responsive, professional and a joy to work with.

Mr. Sanchez came right out after I called. We decided what needed to be done. Soon he brought the detailed bid, got the permits, and the work began. I liked that he made certain choices that were better than I would have selected because he knows what is available and I don’t. His entire crew are kind, efficient and effective. Three sets of neighbors on our block are ready to hire A1 after seeing the results, and also watching me appreciate the process. Photos to follow in a day or so.

A-1,Adrian Sanchez, did a fantastic job with our condo remodel. His suggestions were most helpful and he knew vendors to send us for ideas and materials. His execution was timely and we were kept well informed. His work focused on redoing the kitchen, countertops, backsplash, readjusting walls, and new ceramic flooring. Also Bathrooms involved electrical and plumbing and tile work. Beautifully installed large PTG sliding windows made a world of difference. His recommendation and installation of the 2x4 square foot white ceramic tiles with new baseboards throughout the entire condo were an amazing addition. We could not have done it without Adrian’s guidance.

A1A Services was the absolute best! Not only is our home brand new now, they worked with our timeline perfectly! Everyone who works there is so nice and very professional, too! I recommend them to anyone looking for any type of renovation! I appreciate them so much!

Honest and competent subcontractors, especially project manager, plumber and electrician. Be sure to make explicit any change orders as you would with any company. Adrian is very easy to work with and strives to keep the customer happy. We are getting good use of our new bedroom/bathroom built where our screened in lanai used to be.

My experience with Adrian and A1 started about 10 years ago when he was first starting out. I had 3 contractors come for bids to do a travertine flooring in my guest bath, dininig/living.kitchen. Adrian was the 3rd contractor. I picked him because he was the most professional and wanted to do the job properly and explained all the steps. The flooring came out beautiful and I still love it. Since then, Adrian and his A1 staff have done every project in my home, - a total primary bathroom renovation, flooring in primary bathroom after water damage to the original, total ceiling light replacement in home and garage with LED recessed lights, and now a total renovation of my kitchen. As with everything he has done in my home, Adrian takes you through the process and, most importantly, gives you ideas you would not think of. With this last project, the kitchen, Adrian gave me plans for 3 options. I went with the 3rd because it would totally change my smallish kitchen and was something I did not think possible. My kitchen is now stunning and so functional with more storage and space. The A1 staff are very skilled artisans whose work is exquisite. I am still admiring all the beauty they created. Absolutely all the staff were very friendly, courteous, and took pride in their work. In spite of the stress of renovation I must admit missing them being here. Site manager Lazaro was awesome and very attentive to detail. Adrian and staff truly live up to the name A1.

We cannot say enough about Adrien and his men. Over the years, we have worked with many contractors and, without exception, this was the best experience we ever had in all ways...timeliness, quality of work and value for money. Exceeded our expectations in every possible way! We gave him an almost impossible task...major renovation which needed to be done in 6 weeks. Adrien listened to what we wanted and had wonderful suggestions to make it happen, offering ways to save money wherever he could. He is extremely trustworthy, incredibly responsive and a master at what he does. Each and everyone of the crew that worked in our house were highly skilled, meticulous and truly cared about the finished product. When most people can't wait to have contractors out of the house, these craftsman were a pleasure to have working here. We were living in NJ at the time of renovation, and Adrien constantly sent us updates and pictures. They were on the job literally every day, all day. We were able to focus on packing up our house in NJ and all that goes along with that knowing that we were in the best hands! That alone is priceless!

A1 Services is a superior contractor. They were on time, efficient, and very polite and respectful! His plumber, tiler, and electrician were exemplary! His site manager was very professional! They took both showers and finished on time. We would definitely recommend A1 Services!

We are not local and needed all hands on deck for full remodel from flooring to trim to cabinets, removing walls, moving walls, adding closets, etc. We moved our front living room to the back of the house for open floor plan to walk out to the pool. Their craftsmanship is superb, Adrian and team offered wonderful suggestions and took great care of my project and my home.

We are pleased and impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail in our master bathroom and guest bathroom renovation. Adrian listened to our preferences and made practical suggestions to meet our needs and enhance our space. The workers were excellent, and the project manager checked the work progress and quality throughout the project. Both Adrian and the project manager responded quickly to our questions and communicated with us throughout the project. We would use A-1 Services again.

Adrian is very trustworthy and is meticulous in his work. He designed and executed complete renovations on our two full baths, as well as replacing all the pipes in our condo. Some of the fixtures were missing when he needed them so he went himself, and bought them from a high quality plumbing supply store. He was so nice about it and didnâ t make me feel bad for causing the delay. He has very good taste and I am so happy with his work. His crew is professional as well and kept the area clean. We returned to our immaculate condo with clean bedding and all the towels washed and folded! I would recommend A1 to anyone looking for big jobs or small. They provide full service and a quality product.
