"Fraud! Nvirotect is not a reputable company! Steer clear! I have been a customer since 2021. Money wasted! Beware of Nvirotech Lawn Co! My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised a lush, green lawn but delivered dead patches and weeds. Despite several complaints and consistent communication about my dissatisfaction, their customer service employed fraudulent tactics. They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

"This is review is for the Fort Lauderdale office.While I was happy with the initial rodent trapping and proofing, I am quite unhappy with the office staff. I made an appointment for service, and no one showed up and no one called. When I called the office the day of the appointment, an office staff member told me that someone will come out by the end of that week or the next week. No one did come by Tuesday of the next week , and I did not receive a call or text. When I called back , I was told that my previous appointment was not valid, and no one will be able to come out for another three weeks. When I asked if someone could come out earlier because I had an initial earlier appointment, the young woman on the phone suggested that I use another business and would give me some recommendations for other pest removal services, which I found very rude and a very poor business practice.I also had some questions about my contract and asked to be transferred to a manager, and this young woman told me she couldn’t do that, and she couldn’t give me contact information about the manager—that it was against policy. These are very poor business practices. I don’t know if anyone will show for my appointment which is a whole month after my initial appointment and have no way to contact a manager. Also a delay in service increases the chances of the rodent problem reoccurring ."

"I wish I could give them a minus rating. When I took my dog there for a consult he was walking well and pain free coming in. They persuade me to pay for an x-ray on his hips (done under anesthesia) to make sure his hips are ok as I was worried about the right hind leg. Dr Jon Dee came out and told me that in the x-ray his hips look fine and that they pushed his right hind leg to make sure its in and stay in. When he came out and could not walk, both me and the tech barely got him to the car, The tech said that he is wobbly because of the anesthesia but after it wore off he could no longer walk again. He seems to be in pain and is unable to step on his right foot. When I contracted the vet he prescribe pain meds. When I contacted him again after a few days he didn’t respond. A week later and the dog can’t step on his right leg and have problem walking on 3 legs, is in pain and might be crippled like that for the rest of his life. The vets were very careless pushing his leg when there was no reason to. They are not accountable when they injure an animal. The only thing they care about is making money for themselves and the big VCA corporation. we are heartbroken that they injured our dog and never thought that taking him there was putting him in danger."

"After extensive research, we contracted with Wayne Group & Services on 3/1/23 to perform all applicable inspections on the largest investment of our lifetime (approximately a $750K retirement beachfront condo on Hillsboro Beach) . However, they missed many items which have cost us a lot of time, money, and aggravation...Electricians, handymen, etc. We had everything quoted by professionals and asked that we be reimbursed. They sent someone out and then refused to provide any compensation whatsoever for their failure to provide comprehensive findings. Things missed include GFIs which are required per code, an outside patio light which not only does not work, but has a blank plate with cut wires underneath, a broken drawer, black mold under a wood mat in the shower (I have Lyme Disease and am highly allergic - ended up on IV antibiotics for 6 months at last exposure) and we later learned that the couch wreaks of mildew, and they missed a fan which was not to codes, etc. We have asked via the BBB that we be made whole for the expenses that we have had to incur for their mistakes / oversights as well as a refund for their inspections which proved useless. This whole process has been a complete nightmare which was exactly what we were trying to aviod...Hence, the reason that we purchaed all of the iinspections...Shame on you! You won't even respond to the BBB."

"***BEWARE***Last week while I was traveling for work, my wife noticed the smell of a dead animal coming from our daughters room. Critter Control was contact and came out. The Consultant forced my wife to pay IN FULL $2,500 or he would not remove the animal. Part of the charges was something called "Full Exclusion Repairs". Listed in scope of work was a bunch of work that WAS NOT completed. This is some of the most unscrupulous business practices I have ever seen as long as I have lived in South Florida. They flat out lied about the work performed and took advantage of desperate mother."
