I was really impressed by Rafael. He responded immediately and scheduled the service as per my convenience. He
was almost 40 minutes earlier the day of the appointment. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure I understood what he was doing and the products he was using, he gave me a lot of tips regarding pest control and even gave me
some suggestions on how to take care of the garden to avoid some kind of mosquitoes.
I will definitely use his services again and I highly recommend his services.

I had a great experience with Mateo. I had a roach problem that I had been trying to resolve myself for several months with no luck. He came and sprayed inside & outside the house and I've no longer had the problem.  He guaranteed his work and said he'd return free of charge if I saw any more live roaches (which I haven't so far).  He also called me back about a week later to check in and see how everything was going.  Very professional. I will definitely be using them again.

Rafael informed me he had to come back for reinforcement. I was not available during the week, therefore, the only time I was home was on the weekend. When I called Rafael he told me he was off but he still managed to drive from his home (west Kendal to Hialeah/miami lakes - almost an hour drive) just so that he can take care of the job and keep me as a happy customer. I'm so happy he was able to do this for me due to my crazy weekly schedule. I feel relieved that reinforcement was made. Now a recap from his first visit - well looks like.... I will be roach free permanently !!!! :) he will defiantly be added to my FAVORITES!!! He will be the only person (to go guy) I will be going to for anymore pest control/problems. I have RECOMMENDED him to all my friends and family.

Rafael was prompt, thorough and really a pleasure to be around. He went above and beyond on the job. He gave me advice for how to avoid roaches in the future - telling me about the right cleaning products and how to avoid clutter below the sink. 
I was impressed by the service and will use him every other month moving forward.

At first, there was a minor confusion as to what time the appointment was scheduled for. Apparently, I never received the confirmation time for the scheduled appointment via email, not quite sure if it was a network issue; however, I was not home at the specific time he had me scheduled for. He tried contacting me via email since he did not have a contact number for me. When we finally made contact he informed me that he was outside waiting for me. Unfortunately, I was not available at the time, I was at my daughter?s scheduled doctor annual, physical appointment.

He wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer that he waited for me 2 whole hours for me to come home.

Rafael also informed me that I purchased the wrong deal, but he still managed to give it to me for the same price. He understood that I was not familiar with the services and what service/treatment covered what.

He did all in his power to make sure that I will be happy with his service. I was actually very impressed. :)  There are not many people like him are around nowadays that will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their service.

He was so nice and helpful he even fixed my pantry that was fairly lose and has come off its latches. Wow!!

He is a very nice gentleman, honest and charges fair price for the great services he provides.

He did a great job, he really made me feel like he knows what he is talking about. We haven't had any issues with bugs and I am sure I will be using him again.

Excellent service. Very punctual, courteous, and fair in price. The house has been pretty bug-free since his visit. Would definitely use again and recommend the services.

Mr. Mateo confirmed our appointment the night before bya text message and arrived on time.  After looking at the house he quoted an amount which seemed fair to us, after having received two other quotes.  It was not cheap, but fair when compared to others.  
He noticed our toddler and our cat so he advised he would not spray the inside of the house, but use Gel in specific places and spray only on places where our baby and cat would not normally be (inside cabinets under bathroom sinks, etc.)  Good call, I would have asked the same but he anticipated and offered the solution.  He also sprayed and put gel around all the perimeter of the house.  All this took around 30 minutes. 
To my surprise, Mr Mateo seems to be somewhat of an expert in plants and tree diseases.  We have recently installed a big landscape with quite  a number of shrubs and trees.  I asked him about some dark and brown spots I've been noticing and he quickly named the type of tree and the type of disease (scaling, white fly, etc)  His opinions seem to be right in line with my previous research on the internet, which made me trust his judgement.  He offered some solutions, including cleaning plants with water & soap (least expensive), cleaning with sand, fungicide with copper, white fly insecticide, and others for different trees.  We asked for the insecticide at this time, since some of the trees looked pretty infested and that seemed more urgent.  This took around 1 hour.  
We asked him to come back and do the copper fungicide (more expensive) at a later date.  
* I like the fact that he charges per visit and not an anual fee like others.  If the treatment does not seem to be working, I have the option of calling him to do another or just call someone else, and not loose my big annual fee.  I also liked that he seems to know a lot about plants and such.  Besides that, he has a great energy to him, loves his job.  
** He provided the services only a couple days ago.  So, I will provide an updated review in a couple of months.

I was very happy with the service and attention to detail. Not only did he provide a thorough interior and exterior pest control treatment, but made suggestions for how I could avoid bug-related issues in the future. He was also attentive to the well being of my cat and dog. I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail and level of service, especially compared to my last provider. I will definitely be calling again!

We worked with Rafael Mateo at Goodbye bugs Pest Control. Rafael was terrific to deal with. He was professional and courteous. He called well in advance of planned times to come to the property. And he called early when he needed to reschedule. He was thorough (at least we hope for now (humor intended)).  But what we appreciated most was the time he took to explain the issues and how he set out a plan to eradicate our carpenter ant guests.  No sales gimmicks, nor hassle, no puffery.
While we hope we have to never invite Rafael back, he'll be the first we call if we find some unwanted squatters on our property.
