They drilled holes throughout the entire house and filled them with foam to kill the termites, offering a 1-year guarantee on their work. They assured me they would return in three weeks (October 4th) to repair and seal all the holes and confirm the termites were gone.
Not only have they failed to return, but the termites are still present. I?ve reached out multiple times ? first to Ray, who originally sold me the service, and received complete radio silence. Then, three days ago, I contacted Jesus, who repeatedly promised that Ray would come out to finish the job. Yet again, no one has shown up.
After looking further into the company?s reviews online, I discovered that this seems to be a recurring problem with them ? a pattern I wish I had known before hiring them.
