after speaking to several exterminators who told me i needed to sign up for a program of monthly visits, I called Eddy, who told me he did not service my area. I told him what my problem was and he told me how I might do it myself if I wanted to try. It worked! He also texted me another suggestion for free no charge at all. What a professional ! It went fantastic. Eddie is great. He treated my entire house inside and out for flying ants and took care of a pesky rat that had invaded my outside shed. When the rat was caught his brother returned to remove the rat and even set up another trap just in case there was a reoccurrence. He also did a spider cleaning outside between all my trees and the house. I cant saying enough about this exterminator company. They never charged me again for the return visits. They were absolutely responsive, prompt, and the price was unbelievably reasonable.

It went really well! I sent a few photos of the bugs and he told me what I was dealing with and how to resolve it. He didn't pressure me into service but was super helpful. I'll definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Eddie did a magnificent job with our home. His treatment was thorough and solved the problem almost immediately, compared to much weaker results from 2 other companies we tried. His price was reasonable and and his service was impeccable. We would wholeheartedly recommend using his firm for your extermination needs.

Yet another amazing company found on Angie's list. This provider has a very clear understanding of the management of pests, and he helped us prioritize our concerns. He carefully inspected our home, including the attic and perimeter, and used non-toxic products. When the provider arrived, I could not help but compare the quality of his services with the major pest control companies, because I have had contracts with at least the top 3 in our area in the past. This company provides a superior level of service in comparison, due to provider knowledge and honesty.

I spoke to Eddie Lopez, the owner, and he came out to do a survey. Polite and on time, not common in Miami ! He was informative and knowledgeable. A week after he came with a colleague and provided pest control, inside and outside, of the house with natural products. This was concern of mine as I have 2 dogs and wanted to yes use they would not get poisoned. What really impressed me was the detail that they put in doing every inch of the house, outside, and roof. To top it off, they placed white booties on the shoes so they would not dirty the floor. Eddie provided Angies discount without asking. Great service by a owner operated business?I will re use again. PS?.no more ants, bugs etc?all gone!

Eddie was amazing and does amazing work. It is a family-owned business. Now my home belongs to me and not to the roaches. He was very professional. Communication with him is excellent and he is very dependable. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Been having problems with Ants, he came to my condo and too cate of them. I have a 4 month old child and a dog, he used non toxic for humans and pets but deadly for bugs. Extremely professional and honest.

I am very glad I called Eddie at A Better Way Exterminators. He is very professional, punctual and informative. He answered all of my questions and concerns and explained why I was having the ant issues I had and suggested the best way to deal with it. I have little kids and was concerned about the kind of bait/poison being used and Eddie assured me that everything he was using was very safe and had no need to worry. I was running late for my first meeting with Eddie and called to let him know and he was more than courteous and understanding. A few weeks after his treatment vsit he called me to see how things were going and if the problem still persisted. My tenant called me for a roach problem. An empty unit below mine has been on a Foreclosure process for year and was empty and full of roach. 2 weeks ago the property was finally repossessed and people started to remodel the unit. All the roaches tried flee and went upstairs in my tenant's apartment so we have to call a professional exterminator. I chose Eddie's company because of the excellent feedback and his location, on top of that his prices seemed competitive. I called Eddie and everything from start to finish was smooth and clear: He explained to me what needed to be done, gave me a price range depending of the size of the unit and the type of problem. Then I gave him my tenant's phone number for him to arrange everything directly with my tenant. This afternoon my tenant sent me this txt message: "The exterminator is super super great at what he does. He caulked the holes from were the roached were coming from and gave a lot information, very very friendly guy. He said by next week if there is any signs to call him and he will return. If you can give him a great review that would be nice, he deserves it" Bottom line everybody is happy with Eddie's services: My tenant, I, and Eddie. I would recommend Eddie's services to anybody looking for a serious professional in this field which is hard to find in Miami.

Both brothers are extremely knowleageable in their trade, very punctual and will try to accomodate you as early as possible, as they recognize that most of us (ladies) cannot cope with the idea of having any sort of vermin running around our home. Therefore, they set an appointment for 2 days later since they were unfortunately fully booked before, although they did try to make it the next day. George came over and inspected the WHOLE HOUSE, then went around the sides of the house to check for possible nests and requested permission to inspect the attic -as if!. George did in fact find two nests outside and sprayed with some sort of chemical that would not hurt our pets. We have 3 daschunds that we adore and he assured us they would be fine, just to keep them inside for the next 3 hours to be super-safe. George also asked that we wait until Monday. If there was still any problem, we were to call him and he would return (or his brother Eddie) at no extra charge. Needless to say, come Monday there was not an ant to be found anywhere....we were ecstatic...Just to be in the safe side, he recommended that we give him a call within a month's time and for $55.00 he would return and repeat the whole process, to make sure that any eggs that may have hatched were killed the second time around. I cannot recommend this company enough. Wonderful people, extremely capable, very respectful and knowledgeable...my hubby and I don't know what else you can ask for....Run and call them if you have work for a capable exterminator.

As mentioned above, we receive routine pest treatments every 3-4 months. We just had our service last Saturday consisting of interior treatment including attic, exterior perimeter of house, and an overall visual inspection to identify if there are any problem areas developing. Eddie shows up on time, works efficiently, and is always polite and friendly. A rarity to find someone like this in South FL!

They were terrific and do a really good job. I also had them spray in an apartment that had a nest of roaches. They came out twice to treat the apartment and they were able to get rid of them. I have recommend them to many people and they all have been very happy with there service.

Eddie was extremely reasonable and we agreed to pay him $200.00 for setting traps in the attic, 3 visits to remove any rats or vermin caught in the traps, resetting new traps and closing the holes where they were accessing the house. Further visits, if needed, would cost $35.00. He also recommended that we trim a palm tree that had fruits he told us rats liked to eat. He did not find any nests inside the attic. We did trim the tree before his second visit. We are happy to report that he must have scared the rats because right away the noises stopped, like that same night, and not a rat came in! He checked all traps all 3 visits and nothing was found and he was happy to inform us that we had to pests of any kind, including roaches, nesting in our attic. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Eddie was super nice, always on time and very respectful. We offered to pay $100.00 upon his first visit and the balance $100 on the third. We are happy to inform we have no more noises and found the holes giving access to the rats as well as on his recommendation of trimming our palm tree, probably stopped access to our roof and attic. We will definitely recommend Eddie and his company if you have pests problems!

It was an excellent experience. Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable, practical and efficient at his job. After asking some questions he checked behind drawers and under the cabinets, as well as under the stove, sink and dishwasher areas (where there are outdoor connections) and outside the house. He said he thought there might be more than one, and put out two traps. Within one day: BINGO! We had two baby rats in the traps (one in each). Eddie couldn't come, but he sent someone else to remove them for me. He left two more traps which haven't been visited in the 5 or so weeks since.

The owner came out and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out for a free estimate and it turned out that I didn't need the service yet. He gave me a honest feedback.

I had a rat problem in the roof, inside the walls and under the house. He inspected the attic and inside areas where I found nests and identified roof rats. He placed traps and set a follow up date. His charge was $ 150 and he has done 3 visits, very reasonable. In addition to the traps he covered the various points of entry into the house from the inside, except for one inaccessible area. On the 3nd visit, which I called him to come inspect traps because the decay smells were awful, we determined rats were still accessing through the one area not covered. For an additional charge of $ 50 he will don a hazard suit and work in the crawl space under the house, which is fine and very reasonable. He is a very nice professional person and I will use him from here forward.

They are still the best. They are very conscientious, responsible, and friendly. I highly recommend them.
