"Unfortunately, this information is not correct. The customer was informed in person and also did in fact sign documentation that expressly explained the procedures for bagging foods and medicines prior to the fumigation. The procedure was NOT followed by the customer so food that was not properly bagged had to be discarded (not thrown on the front lawn) or the fumigation would not be able to take place. In the spirit of trying to please the customer Petri offered a credit for the value of the food and liquor that was discarded (even though the improper bagging of food was not our fault) but this offer was rejected by the customer. It was also disclosed to the customer, both verbally and most importantly on the agreement he signed, that fumigation work is often subcontracted as this is work requiring expertise and skilled labor and companies that specialize in fumigation are best suited to perform this work. Petri's quality reputation of serving South Florida since 1956 demonstrates our good standing in the community as a reliable, honest, and professional company."

"We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Our company prides itself on providing excellent customer service so I was disappointed to hear about your experience. I have spoken to your representative to find out more information. He said big-headed ants were the issue. Petri always recommends ongoing maintenance service with big-headed ants as they have massive colonies and will most certainly return once treatments stop. They are among the most difficult and persistent pest problems. Our agreement from November was for a 1-time interior service with follow up services and a 30 day warranty. Our representative did conduct follow up services and he felt the problem was resolved by early December. Two months or so later the big-headed ants returned. We would recommend ongoing maintenance service as I mentioned. Petri values our customers and we want you to be happy. Since your experience was not positive I would like to offer a free treatment and another free follow up service to help with your ant problem if that issue has not been resolved yet.
