That conversation quickly turned tense, as the salesperson was dismissive and disrespectful toward my husband’s expertise. It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. With temperatures soaring and no AC for a few days, I made a rushed decision to move forward with Jack Rabbit, trusting that they would honor their agreement to match a competitor’s quote not just in price, but in equipment and specifications. That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."
