It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. With temperatures soaring and no AC for a few days, I made a rushed decision to move forward with Jack Rabbit, trusting that they would honor their agreement to match a competitor’s quote not just in price, but in equipment and specifications. That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment.
