"Matt, this guy was awesome. I returned back after the hurricane to an AC unit where the inside fan was blowing but the condenser fan wasn't running. He showed up and discovered the problem in five seconds. It was quite embarrassing. The fuse box circuit had tripped. I didn't realize the two components are on different circuits and never gave the fuse box a thought. He refused to take any money and didn't make me feel stupid at the same time. I had them replace my 20 yr old system and then we found out the previous owner had roof rats which totally destroyed the entire duct work. The previous ac company just tried to tape the duct work, but that’s just a temp fix. The rats had nested in the duct work. This company gave a very fair price with military discount to boot. They even came on a Saturday to replace the duct work. The access was so small only one guy could get through (Javier).? Anyway this guy spent 5 hours up in that attic ripping out and replacing 15 air ducts. The quality of work, professionalism and dedication is above and beyond. "Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been.
