"I had an unfinished kitchen for just over a year. I have had the worst luck w contractors. Before Ian, I started a remodel. The contractor demolished the kitchen, started some work, and the company dissolved. I lost a lot of money. I hired a second contractor to come clean up the work and began noticing little things that they were doing to cut corners and cover up things after the storm to speed up the project — which was already 9 months running. When I confronted the gc he blamed the contractor before him and eventually pulled out of the project, gave me the remainder of my money back but left everything unfinished and/or incorrectly finished. They came up with a plan and 3 WEEKS later I had my kitchen. I have never been around such friendly and professional people. They kept me updated, answered questions, and clearly felt my frustrations. 10/10 would recommend!!"
