"Doug with Next Plumbing installed a toilet in our guest bath. He and another plumber, Vic, we very thorough in cleaning the area before and after installation. "It went very well. I got three estimates and Kurt Kandu was the best price. I never even met Kurt. I live in another state. He returns calls immediately and even texted. He actually told me I could install a slightly smaller hot water heater. It would do the same job and it was more inexpensive than the one I had been thinking of installing. This really impressed me as he had nothing to gain by my purchasing a slightly smaller one. He even gave me a great price. So much less than the other estimates I got. He could have been dishonest knowing it had to be installed right away and that I know nothing about hot water heaters, but he wasn't. He was 100% fair and honest. I will be moving to ***** Gorda in a year or so and will never use anyone but Kurt for any plumbing concerns. I will even contact him for any remodeling I need. He is a true gentleman."
