Great guy! Knowledgeable slow explains till you get it! Good prices. On time. Got a great value. Sold me a smaller heater than i was looking for as money was tight. To my surprise it preforms in 1/2 the time i expected better than i was told to expect aNd the price was 1000$ less than i expected and i got a name brand Haywood. Not these no name ones at pinch a penny etc GO WITH ROARK. you cant go wrong

Very knowledgable team, upfront and honest about limitations of project, costs of options and professional recommendations. Team is led by company owner. Communication excellent and I felt well educated about relevant issues. Solar heating of a pool is limited until the weather warms up, even in coastal FL, but my pool plumbing was not conducive to a typical pool heater. Prompt same day service by the owner when I had a problem with my system. Highly recommend.

I had always considered a heat pump to heat my pool but i reached out to Roark Solar to inquire about solar panels. A neighbor has them. Robert did calculations in April 2020 and I was shocked at how affordable the system was so I signed up on the spot. Installation was very quick and they even painted the pipes to match my roof color and wall color. My pool is part shade and Robert said by the next day it would be 90 if I wanted it that warm. I am glad I didn't bet him, because it was. Two years later I noticed my pool level drop during the day and allot of air bubbles. Robert came out and found a leak in one of the panels. It took only a few minutes and the leak was fixed under warranty. Great experience.

The most unethical and unknowledgeable solar company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Roark solar quoted $800 to de-install my existing solar panel which provided hot water. I was having a new roof installed and the panel had to be removed to do the roof. I would re-install the panel after the roof was done. The two workers arrived and proceeded to call their office to get instructions on how to do the job. They spent about 10 minutes working. They started to cut the copper water pipes until I stopped them and I suggested that they turn off the water to the solar panel so we did not have a flood from their cutting the pipes. The worker said *oh yeah I need to do that* The workers spent an actual 10 minutes working. One worker shut off the water feed to the panel in my garage, he cut the two copper pipes and unscrewed 4 bolts without breaking or stripping them. The workers put the panel in my garage. I went into the garage and looked for the bolts. They were not to be found. I called Roark Solar and politely asked where the bolts where. The Roark representative, Robert, asked why I wanted the bolts. I told him they were mine and I would need them to reinstall the solar panel. He proceeded to lambast me for not using Roark for the reinstall and *if he could find the bolts he would return them* The next day I got an email from Robert stating he found the bolts and would return them. The bolts were never returned despite multiple contacts with Robert and some one he identified as the owner. The only thing I received was a snow jobs and NO BOLTS. I have filed a dispute with Visa. Roark Solar did the initial solar pool heater installation for the original homeowner. I discovered a leak in my roof mounted panels. I sent them an email, and they showed up in two days and made a REPAIR. Not a replacement! Great service and very reasonable. I highly recommend Roark Solar.

Installation was fast. An installation error required that they bring in a more experienced technician from another company but they got the job done and water heater is performing just fine.

The unit was installed without any issues. The salesman and installers were personable and professional.

They arrived within a couple of days with all of the materials. Within 24 hours we had a warm pool. Instant gratification!

Very professional and better service

Do not hire this company. We were having a roof replaces and needed our pool solar panels removed and then reinstalled. They showed up as scheduled and removed the panels. The roof was then replaced. Now the problems started. We called and scheduled the reinstallation of the panels for two weeks later. Great! The day came. They didn't show up. No call from them. Over the next several days I called them on numerous occasions and left voice mails asking "what's up", and sent text messages. They never called. I finally got them on the phone and we rescheduled the installation for the next week. They said the date was "cast in stone". The date came, and guess what. Another no show and no phone call. Again, repeated efforts on my part to contact them via voicemail messages and texts. They never called me or responded to my texts. I finally spoke with them. They said "covid problems on their crew" was the reason for them not showing up. OK. But why no phone call? We rescheduled again. They said "guaranteed" to do it that date. You got it, no show again, and no phone call saying they weren't coming. After 6 weeks, they finally show up and finished the job. If you hire them, be prepared for no shows, delays, excuses, no return phone calls, etc. How do they stay in business??

Great company! Scheduled us quickly, faster than we expected. Communication throughout the entire process was superb. They wouldn't let me pay until the job was done to my satisfaction. The value of the install was more important than anything else for us. They exceeded in all categories. Thanks guys for a job well done and for being patient and answering all my questions thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Based on my experience with this company, we could not have found anyone better!!! System exceeds expectations. Thanks again Roark Solar!

The experience was great, no high pressure on initial contact, the installers were on time, courteous and got the job done quickly, cleaned up and everything works great. I would highly recommend.
