Suncoast Plumbing, Inc. was founded in August of 1979. Rick & Sandi Workman opened the small business selling retail parts and offering many phases of plumbing contracting. Bob Richard offered the electrical contracting. Their son, Todd Workman, also worked after school and on Saturdays in the shop and in the field. In 1991, Todd’s wife Jenni joined the Suncoast family. Todd & Jenni purchased the business from Rick & Sandi in early 2000. Rick, Todd & Bob are all licensed masters by exam. In 1989 Todd became the youngest person to get a Master Plumber’s license in the state of Florida. Suncoast Plumbing, Inc. offers a combined total of 68 years experience in plumbing and 57 years experience in electrical. Additionally, Todd sits on the Board of Directors of the Citrus County Builders Association. Suncoast offers plumbing contracting in new construction (residential & commercial), remodeling, underground utilities maintenance, and mobile home hookups. Also, a large part of the business is our 24 hour service department including sewer cleaning, sewer line inspection with camera/video, water heaters and faucets. Our after hours emergency service calls are taken by our staff (not an answering service) and then dispatched to our service plumber. We pledge to give each customer high quality personalized service, like we have for over 33 years, for many years to come!

The techs were baffled because this heater had “new technology” They spent some time on Google trying to find the solution. They took the heater apart and put it back together, but the error continued. To my surprise they presented me a bill for $95. When I explained at heater was under warranty AND they didn’t fix anything they said, “are you refusing to pay?” When I explained I shouldn’t have to pay, they left. Fast forward a couple weeks. After threats of collections and a couple unpleasant calls with the office I reluctantly paid the bill to rid them of my life. I gave them the chance to make it right, but they refused. Buyer beware!"

"It did not go well. The tech arrived and proceeded to use the camera to diagnose the problem. He never called and have me a price estimate to do that. He told my tenant that I had broken pipes under the house. When I called Meeks and asked for the footage so that I could possibly do a trenchless repair and not year up my floor they said that he did not make a record because no one requested it. I called for a stopped up toilet. A salesman named Scott did not return my calls for two days to tell me that there was no footage from the camera. They never sent me an itemized bill. I found out how much they charged when it showed up on my credit card . Basically they did nothing of value for 675 dollars. Bonnie Ollinger"

"We had toilets both stopped up on a Sunday. We called Service Plumbing and the technician came same day! I was very happy. I have a 6 person family household. The technician called and let us know that he was on his way. He was punctu. He came out and assessed our clog, found the problem, and unclogged our drains from the outside. Not only did he do that VERY QUICKLY, he checked our septic tank and SHOWED us where the whole problem was. He could've unclogged the drains, collected, and left. But he knew that we needed more than just to bust a clog.. Not on the technician, but management was professional as well. I strongly recommend. This is an honest company with great prices. Call around and find out for yourself. But don't say I didn't tell you so."
