They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

"I'd been having a problem with the toilet draining in my guest bathroom for a long time.  Soon it became apparent that the sink and tub were also having the same problem---the entire bathroom wasn't draining well.  Multiple plumbing companies had come out and multiple things had been tried, to no lasting avail.  Due to a previous hydroflush and camera I knew there were roots in the line and that was possibly the problem.  So when I saw the 'deal' for $300 for root removal and flushing, I called them out.  They spend quite a bit of time cutting the roots and flushing.  However sadly that didn't fix the problem.  The bathroom in question was at the farthest end of the plumbing line.  So I called them back out.  A different person than the first person came out.  We had to knock a hole in the wall to access the toilet clean out but once that was snaked the toilet worked well.  However then he had to use the sink clean out to help the sink to drain.  Then he tried to snaking the tub, but was unable.  As the tub did drain (even if a bit slow) we decided to leave it at that as it is my guest bath and not much used.  The extra work was $275.  However it has now been over a month and everything is working well.  We are SO pleased to be able to use our toilet again after many months of non-use!  Both of the people who came out were very polite and professional.  I would certainly use this company again.

"Florida Leak Detectors’ Technician, Manny, actually arrived about an hour before the appointment time which was not a problem for me. I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. But he stated with professional confidence that he did not think that would be necessary. The price was reasonable for the detailed work he performed. I highly recommend Florida Leak Detectors."

"First off, he called back that day. That was huge. He was at our home for 3 days. We trusted him enough to give him house keys for that time. My 2 and 4 yr old loved to watch him work, and he handled that attention with a smile.

We had initially brought him in to fix some water damaged decorative wood, which quickly escalated into replacing the support posts due to rot. He did a beautiful job on the posts. While we had him painting our porch and the trim around our garage area, he discovered some installation issues with our windows and was able to use his skill to fix those issues.

Finally, when I realized I didn't like the paint color as much as we thought we would, he volunteered to come back and repaint it the following week. We ended up deciding to let it weather for the winter since we know we are in for some major painting next spring (all the trim, ugh). He'll be getting a call for that one, too.

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
