We have a property for sale and we are not located in the state. We got a call from our realtor informing us that the entire bedroom was flooded. We were panicked! We called Don's Plumbing from the internet hoping that they would be able and willing to help us. I explained the situation to Ashley who immediately dispatched someone to come out and take a look and shut off the water as to incur no further damage. We had to get a leak detection company out to diagnose the problem. Turns out that it was external and no plumber was actually needed when we called Don's there were gracious and kind and if we ever need a plumber in Beverly Hills Florida Don's is our guy!!

I have done business with Don's Pluming for many years. When they do a job, it's done right the first time, every time. They are the only plumber I call when I need help. They are good, honest people who know what they're doing. I would rate them an A+

lOn March 4th I called their office because we found wet spots in our carpet just outside the master bath. When I explained the problem, the girl on the phone told me to call American Leak Detector because Don's does not have leak detection equipment. I called ALD and scheduled for Monday; my husband took the day off work.  ALD came and marked the spot for the leak.  Don's couldn't come on Monday, so I had to schedule them for Wed. afternoon; I took the afternoon off work.  Bobby came from Don's Plumbing, looked at the report from ALD and checked the master bath. He stated that I needed to call another company because he would not take out the vanity.  I told him the vanity was clearly water damaged and would have to be replaced to just take it out. He said no, he could not do that.  He called a company and they were coming within the hour.  Service Master arrived, removed the vanity, but could not get the water to stop. They called Don's and asked to send Bobby back to the house to cap the lines.  Bobby arrived to cap lines, but would not begin the work on leak repair because it was too late in the day.  Now, this company advertises 24/7 service.  He left.  I had to call the office to reschedule him for Thursday morning.  I am missing another day of work. Bobby arrives around 10.  He opened the wall and slab, and the pipes were not leaking.  He asked me to call ALD to come back to see if they can open the leak or to make sure it isn't leaking elsewhere.  I asked him to just replace the exposed pipe that we suspected, he did not want to do that as he couldn't guarantee that was the leak area.  Service Master came back to check on the wet areas and stated they are drying up.  I call ALD and they said there was nothing more they could do.  She heard the water and marked the spot with the leak.  But sometimes copper pipes do plug themselves.  Maybe the leak will reopen on its own.  I called back Don's office.  I told them ALD is not coming back that we want Bobby to come replace the pipe he has exposed and that there are a couple additional leaks that we want him to remedy while he is here. The girl in the office told me to just tell Bobby when he arrives that he has everything on his truck to do the things we need done.   They scheduled for Thursday morning. My husband took the morning off work.  Bobby arrived, looked at the place in the bathroom and stated he thought the leak was back and he did not have the equipment with him to fix the exposed pipe or to do the other repairs I had told the office about. and left.  On Friday morning early, I called the office to find out what we needed to do to get the work completed.  The girl in the office put me on hold for a long time then put Bobby on the phone.  He had a bit of an attitude and I did too.  I told him I needed to get the plumbing issue resolved and needed to know when he would be there to do the work and get everything finalized.  He told me I would have to reschedule for a day next week, which means yet another day off work.  And I received an estimate of $1,200 to finish.  They will now send 2 plumbers to the house and  schedule to be there for a full day. I told them no; we are done.  Bill me for the work he actually completed and we are finished.  I paid $250 ( $170 for 2 hours of labor and $80 for the use of a jackhammer to open the slab).  I guess I have to rent the jackhammer from them to get the work done.  Never heard of such foolishness.  This was a total rip off.  We missed multiple days of work, got nothing but a run-a-round and attitude and never got the repair.  I have now called another plumbing company, who was very professional on the phone, gave me prices before I even scheduled, is sending only one plumber to finish up what this bunch couldn't get done.  I will never contact this group again.
Update, new plumber arrived on time as scheduled, WAS able to determine the spot on the pipe that was leaking due to the water dripping out, completed all the work needed without a second plumber's assistance, completed in about 2 hours and charged us a total of $250.00 (not even close to the $1200 estimate that Don's Plumbing gave us).

I received this weekend a copy of the paid invoice that I was promised would be mailed to me.  With that paid invoice came an additional billing for $85.00.  Now, when I spoke to the office and asked for the total for all work completed by Bobby, I was given a quote of $250 for everything and I paid that amount   Now the total for basically no work and a week and a half of aggravation is up to $335.00.  I am repeating myself but DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!  I paid the $85.00 because I do not want my credit damaged because of this bunch. But I do not appreciate being told that I owed one amount for ANY work completed to date and then receive an additional billing a week later.
Response from Don's Plumbing
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], After receiving your letter on April 4, 2016 we reviewed your account. I apologize for any inconvenience. We were originally called to your residence for a leak under the slab. We referred you to American Leak detection to locate the leak. We then returned to your residence after the leak was located and jack hammered the concrete slab to locate leak. I understand your frustration with our plumbers not removing your vanity and pulling your carpet so we called Service Master to do this for you because that isn’t something we do. The $1200.00 estimate was to locate and repair slab leak and to supply and install 2 ½” hosebibs, repipe well outside of your house and add sediment filter that we supply. Replace valve or repipe well inside of house well piping. Your husband had requested this to be added to the job. After we sent you’re estimate and you cancelled, we billed you $250.00 for jackhammering the floor and locating the leak. The $85.00 was charged for coming back out to cap lines for your cabinets being removed by Service Master. We mailed your $85.00 check back on April 13,2016 and charged it to Service Master. Again I apologize for your frustration and hope this helps explain your charges. Thank you, Don’s Plumbing"

Shawn and Issac arrived when we were told they would, they were very efficient ,knowledgeable and kind. They answered all of my questions and even tightened the bathroom faucets for me. We have had a few different issues in our home that were fixed by this company. We will only use this company for our plumbing needs due to our great experiences with them and their phenomenal customer service.

The plumber was very punctual and did an excellent job installing the new toilet.  I had previously purchased the toilet at Lowes.  Due to the way the previous toilet had been installed, the plumber had to chisel out some of the floor tile, but he did an excellent job and the toilet and floor look excellent.

Don's Plumbing called American Leak Detection and they located leak.  Don's plumbing followed their place of said leak and
and opened up living room floor to expose leak and repair and then seal up again.  Don's plumbing were complete professionals telling us what was going to happen and giving us time to prepare the house for the drilling, etc.  They completely restored everything back to where it was as much as possible.  So glad they are our plumbers for big and small problems.

They are wonderful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I ended up with the most problem I had 3 weeks in the slab within 2 months. They are fabulous, lovely, and wonderful people. They have fine quality work and did exactly what they said they were going to do, and charged exactly what they said they would. Anybody who wants to deal was an honest, straightforward, and upfront company.
