During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. "Plumber was prompt and arrived when scheduled.  He unclogged my bathroom pool toilet.  He then gave me a price for the installation of a laundry tub.  He came the next day and neatly broke through the garage wall to get to the pipes to be able to install  the laundry tub.  This precise cutting of the sheetrock made it possible for my husband to reinstall it  without any problem.  I would recommend this company and will use them again."

"I'd been having a problem with the toilet draining in my guest bathroom for a long time.  Soon it became apparent that the sink and tub were also having the same problem---the entire bathroom wasn't draining well.  Multiple plumbing companies had come out and multiple things had been tried, to no lasting avail.  Due to a previous hydroflush and camera I knew there were roots in the line and that was possibly the problem.  So when I saw the 'deal' for $300 for root removal and flushing, I called them out.  They spend quite a bit of time cutting the roots and flushing.  However sadly that didn't fix the problem.  The bathroom in question was at the farthest end of the plumbing line.  So I called them back out.  A different person than the first person came out.  We had to knock a hole in the wall to access the toilet clean out but once that was snaked the toilet worked well.  However then he had to use the sink clean out to help the sink to drain.  Then he tried to snaking the tub, but was unable.  As the tub did drain (even if a bit slow) we decided to leave it at that as it is my guest bath and not much used.  The extra work was $275.  However it has now been over a month and everything is working well.  We are SO pleased to be able to use our toilet again after many months of non-use!  Both of the people who came out were very polite and professional.  I would certainly use this company again.

"Florida Leak Detectors’ Technician, Manny, actually arrived about an hour before the appointment time which was not a problem for me. I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. But he stated with professional confidence that he did not think that would be necessary. The price was reasonable for the detailed work he performed. I highly recommend Florida Leak Detectors."

"The work is alright, but I don’t know about the quality product.Ever since we’ve had it, the water quality doesn’t seem right. The water stings our eyes, it smells, and laundry won’t lather up. It doesn’t seem to work like it supposed to. We have been using their services for 5-7 years. They installed the system initially. They have been really good about servicing our home, but I don’t know. The company is very responsive and does what we ask. They are a little expensive. My only complaint is that they do not notify you when it is time to do the annual checkup so it expires and then we have to pay extra. This has happened almost every year. This year, I asked them to notify us beforehand and they did this year."
