"Woke up this morning and the toilette would not flush and the shower/tub was backed up. Called two plumbing services but only one could make it before 2pm and I have work at 3. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. The cost was a little more than I initially thought it would be but they explained that this was because I did not have a clean out. They even waited while I called back another company to make sure they weren't overcharging me for the work and when I told them the other company would do it for 20 bucks less they price matched! Now my toilet and shower are draining fine after they unclogged the drain through the roof vent and all this was done in under an hour so I could still get ready for work on time. "Florida Leak Detectors’ Technician, Manny, actually arrived about an hour before the appointment time which was not a problem for me. I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. But he stated with professional confidence that he did not think that would be necessary. The price was reasonable for the detailed work he performed. I highly recommend Florida Leak Detectors."
