Most other companies were at least a week for an estimate and then they would have to schedule an installer to come back on a different day, Snyder sent a tech out to do the estimate which was on par or slightly less then other companies and then he did an above average install. His install went way beyond how I was proposing to do it and definitely a lot nicer of an install."

They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job."
