I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. "First off, he called back that day. That was huge. He was at our home for 3 days. We trusted him enough to give him house keys for that time. My 2 and 4 yr old loved to watch him work, and he handled that attention with a smile.

We had initially brought him in to fix some water damaged decorative wood, which quickly escalated into replacing the support posts due to rot. He did a beautiful job on the posts. While we had him painting our porch and the trim around our garage area, he discovered some installation issues with our windows and was able to use his skill to fix those issues.

Finally, when I realized I didn't like the paint color as much as we thought we would, he volunteered to come back and repaint it the following week. We ended up deciding to let it weather for the winter since we know we are in for some major painting next spring (all the trim, ugh). He'll be getting a call for that one, too.
