"As far as the foundation stabilization/ lifting is concerned I believe they did a good job. As far as repairing plumbing etc not so good. One water line was breached, which was no big deal, it's the repair that was poor. The pipe was not glued back together properly, coming apart sometime in the middle of the night. Two of the three legs of this tee fitting failed due to gluing."

"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

"This company is a very professional operation. They provided a detailed estimate the day after I contacted them and then performed all work in a safe and thorough manner at a competitive price. They did not tear up my lawn or create any damage whatsoever. (This was quite a relief, because every tree service I have used in the past has destroyed my lawn and created a mess; one company even broke the concrete on my driveway.) "The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!!
