Great job! The job was done professionally and well done This couple is very hard working and cleaned thoroughly the tiles in the houses and 3 large carpets . The husband and wife team arrived on time. Every step in the cleaning process was explained. The couch and loveseat were a pain to clean but they did a great job and the area rugs never looked better. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

"I am sorry you felt that way, if you had been there in person to look at it and let me know that you're not happy with it, the floor is only being held down with double face tape, it will take time to lay completely flat from being rolled up for some time. I am guessing your kids did not tell you this. In time the tape will hold it and lay flat, it's rubber floor about 1/2 inch thick it takes time to relax. plus, the tape the company sent you was old, and I could not use it. because it had been sitting for so long. thank you David"

David and Marlene are extremely kind people. The experience with Urban floors was night and day compared to my struggles with the other companies I tried to work with to have my carpet fixed (2 doorways and one area against a wall due to damage from my cat) Urban Floors was time-efficient from beginning to end of the entire process from first contact to finishing the repair. They ensured I was involved in the repair process and took the time to explain what had to be done for my carpet repair, how they would achieve the desired end result, and what would be required. The carpet looks as good as it did before and maybe better in some places. The rate for the repair was reasonable, and communication was great.

David and his wife were amazing! He walked me through the whole process of buying the necessary carpet, but he did offer to take that on as well. Communication was consistent, the job was done quickly and in a quick turnaround. I will be hiring them for other projects, now that I know they also do grout & carpet cleaning.
