"I have been building a custom home for a number of years and have hired (and fired) countless contractors. I have a very short list of businesses I would even consider using again or recommending to anyone. When it came time to do my custom driveway I wanted to hire a company with a lot of experience so I could achieve the antique brick paver look I was hoping for. I met with 7 different paving companies. They all tried to change my mind and sell me something that "they use all the time" or "most customers want this". It was frustrating because I knew what I wanted and I felt as though they were trying to persuade me to go another direction because it was easier for them or they were simply unfamiliar. Then I met with Kamal of Cornerstone Paving. He was a true delight. Not only did he jump on board with my paver idea, he offered me options, design tips and other opportunities with my driveway that never even occurred to me. I had him give me an estimate and was pleasantly surprised that though I was using the non-standard paver that "everyone else uses", his prices were right in line with everyone else. I had my estimate by the end of the day and hired him within 24 hours of our first meeting. He was ready to start my job as soon as the materials were in. Out of the 30+ contractors I have hired during this custom home building process, he is by far one of the top 3. He is professional, engaging, timely, affordable and most of all...absolutely committed to providing the customer with what they want and not what he thinks they should have. I have no qualms with recommending this business. My driveway is so beautiful and unique that I intend to hire them to do a fire pit, a walkway and a patio and out door kitchen area this summer."

Not only did he bring samples to the house but also met up with us at his suppliers to make sure we had a good representation of what the finished project would look like (natural stone varies by lot). We wanted a shape other than a rectangle and he worked with us on the plans and during the install to make sure the pattern came out right. We used our pack patio pavers to widen our driveway and then installed new Travertine to install a new patio. Eloy took care of all permitting issues including re-enforcing the sidewalk. His crew cleaned up the job site, and capped/move the sprinklers so we did not have to call another company out in the middle of the job."

"I would have liked more info than just a quote. There is shifting in the brick, I never knew that would happen. The bricks should be sealed, I was never told. I now need that service done. As a customer I gather info and expect professional advice.. The installation went well, they showed up on time and finished on schedule."
