He replaced the bathroom subfloor, retiled, had plumber and engineer brought in to determine why the floor failed. After correcting the cause, he replaced all my sub floors (including bathroom where they had to support an older style ceramic tub while they replaced the floor under it) and replaced tile and laminate throughout. the work was done quickly (3 days), and the crew could not have been more professional and accommodating. Since that experience, he has replaced doors, with frames as well as other construction jobs. Each time I have been pleased with the outcome. The original cost was only slightly more than the company that did it the first time, but with him calling in the specialists, it was the last time."
