"Jason was one of 8 companies that came out to assess the master bath shower in a 13-year-old home I purchased. He was the only honest professional in the bunch. Everyone else wanted to rip out the entire shower and make a major project out of it for a lot of money. Jason said the only real functional issue was the shower stall glass and frame. He said I should not be paying him for unnecessary work unless I wanted to totally remodel the shower and tile that was external to the bathtub. He thought about the problem, not immediately about what he could sell me.
