"Jason was one of 8 companies that came out to assess the master bath shower in a 13-year-old home I purchased. He was the only honest professional in the bunch. Everyone else wanted to rip out the entire shower and make a major project out of it for a lot of money. Jason said the only real functional issue was the shower stall glass and frame. He said I should not be paying him for unnecessary work unless I wanted to totally remodel the shower and tile that was external to the bathtub. He thought about the problem, not immediately about what he could sell me. He called a glass company himself, described the situation and got me a very economical quote to replace that part of the shower stall. Clearly he is an expert that does high quality work. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

Jim was on point with what was available and they could perform, Devin was on point with sales end, getting order and making arrangements for install. Problem was, beyond that there was no communication when needed, a few issues developed and I was unable to get needed answers. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Devin and he was able to get answers, and get needed task completed. Outside communication block, I am very happy with work completed!!"

They had to do a lot of demolition and carting out of old materials before they could install the new showers. The work was completed in 3 days and they put in long days. In one shower it was discovered that part of the wall was rotted. They replaced this for us and we were not charged any extra. The results are beautiful."
