He said I should not be paying him for unnecessary work unless I wanted to totally remodel the shower and tile that was external to the bathtub. He thought about the problem, not immediately about what he could sell me. He called a glass company himself, described the situation and got me a very economical quote to replace that part of the shower stall. Clearly he is an expert that does high quality work. He has the customer's best interest as his major concern. If I decide at some time to replace the tub/external shower combo with a walk-in shower Jason is the ONLY remodeler I would contact."

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
