The cuts were not good cuts for the ceramic pile that he put down and I made a request for him to come back he said he would come back but he has not, that was on the 28th. As of today no response from Reyes.

He used wrong grout for mosaic glass tile, I went to pick up the right grout for glass tile, and when I came back he was gone took all his tools and I called and texted him and he has not returned my calls.
