The gentlemen who did the plumbing and installation were so pleasant, professional and did an outstanding job. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

In one shower it was discovered that part of the wall was rotted. They replaced this for us and we were not charged any extra. The results are beautiful."
