First thing first, the company does provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I felt the prices I was charged were really steep for installing lighting fixtures ($470 for a ceiling fan alone as an example ). I?m new to the area so I felt I was taken advantage of in that matter and I was in a bit of time crunch due to traveling arrangements. Customer beware.

SEAN WAS GREAT. HE NOT ONLY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT, TIMELY, AND NEAT HE CHECKED OUT OTHER ASPECTS OF MY HOMES ELECTRICAL SYSTEM THAT COULD USE IMPROVEMENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND THE ALL STAR TEAM. THEIR BOOKING LADY WAS GREAT TOO.

They replaced a faulty service panel with a new one. The service tech went the extra mile to drive across town to get the proper replacement part. Service tech did a great job on the install and great job explaining what caused my problem and things to look for in the future. I'm very happy.

The cost was higher than it should be.They did give a credit for a micharge.

Needed all my Cable TV wires redone (from under the carpet to inside attic and walls), also a couple of new outlets, even let me know about a gnawed wire in the attic... all fixed. Great job and great price!

From the initial contact to the job completion, Allstar Electric gets an A+!!! Kate called to talk about my needs for repair. She was able to accommodate my tight scheduling needs and was able to get a tech out there the very next day, (A Saturday, no less) Brittney called with about a 45 minute eta for the tech. Shawn, the tech, then called me with about a 20 minute eta. Kate explained to me, on the initial call, that there wasn't a trip fee, which I appreciate. Once Shawn diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix the problem for under $300! (The first quote I received was upwards of $1,200 and there was talk of needing to rewire and cut into the drywall) He was in and out within 2 hours of arriving at my home! I will hire Allstar for as long as I'm a homeowner in their service area! Thank you all so much for your excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills.

While the job was simple (it was more detective than an actual repair) and it took a whole of 5 minutes, I was pleased with the overall service and would hire them again.

Installed track lighting in my ceiling, fast and clean work

Installed an LED light fixture, but the dimmer sometimes makes the lights flicker.

They called after I had browsed them on Home Advisor, Jay came over the next day and estimated the job. He came two days later on time and installed a reinforced ceiling box to hold a ceiling fan, hung the fan, installed an outdoor spotlght and even straightened out another fixture we had installed badly at no additional charge. He was willing to wait for us to get equipment we didn't have and he charged exactly what he had estimated. Great job; good guy. We'll use Allstar again.
