It was great! From initial contact through installation and finishing the service, it took less than 48 hours! I needed two ceiling fans installed in the guest bedrooms, the challenge was it wasn’t wired yet. I was nervous because these rooms were recently painted and had new flooring, but the team was fast and clean. Exceeded expectations!

Pierre was on time though the appointment was very early in the morning. He is courteous. Professional. He fixed one of the power supply issues I had with the pool equipment in record time.

I talked to Pierre, who seemed to be very willing. Even if my issue is not urgent, he is ready to come on the next day/ weekend. Promises his estimation is going to be reasonable. I fix an appointment and do not bother to call any other suggested service providers in Angi. He calls on the morning of the appointment day and says that there will be a charge for estimates. When I point out that Angi's website description states that he has free estimates, he rudely hangs up. Other reviews on Angi seem to be good. He may be a good technician. I only wish he is more open and not misleading. For me, this does not work out. My weekend is ruined, I need to start a new search, and start doubting other contractors. Basically a bad experience.
