"Walter Graham is one of the most dishonest, disingenuous people I have come across when dealing with home improvements in SW Florida. We had “Paradise” Designs, install an almost 12k wall mounted entertainment center back in November. The wall mounted LED lighted panels only worked for a day. I called Walter the next day and left a message that the remotes stopped working, and that the app was only working intermittently, only turning on one of the three panels. After 3 calls, Walter texted back on November 17th that he was out of town for the Holiday and would have his installers “Fix” the issue at the beginning of December. Not once did Walter offer to come out to the house and diagnose the issue. The panel was never fixed. Numerous calls and emails from December until February went unanswered (All documented). It wasn’t until my email to Walter on 2/23 threatening Legal Action that he replied. Even though he put in writing that the lights would be fixed at the beginning of December, his response to my February email was that he considered his liability to the project closed since the project was accepted and paid for. He blamed the issue on “Misused Remotes”, and his solution, drop shipping $49 Amazon LEDs for me to fix myself. I have filed with the CFPB, State Attorney general of Florida and the BB. If you’re looking for a dishonest company that won’t stand behind their work, will lie and mislead, Walter Graham of Paradise Designs will fit that need."

Said he will not do it for the original price. Switch and bait pricing it was. So charged me for diagnostic of $100 and I found a reputable company to fix it and they said what he was pricing didn't need to be replaced."
