Appliance Medic is great! He was able to make the repair and got the ice maker going again. Very reasonable rates too. Highly recommend.

Great. I was 2 weeks away from closing on the sale of my house and was out of town on business. My son called to tell me that the washer was leaking. I call a number of appliance repair company's Appliance Medic was the only one that was able to come out same day and with out a killer "emergency fee". Great Job at a fair repair cost.

They came out in 2 days and diagnosed bad thermal fuse. had to order. Came back 4 days later and fixed the problem. Great! Now we can make Christmas Cookies! PS. Do not use self clean cycle in wall oven. Not worth it.

FANTASTIC! Repair person showed up in very timely manner, diagnosed washer as needing four suspension rods, ordered same and replaced them as soon as they came in. Very happy with professional work done and price charged. GREAT COMPANY! Would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Went very well. The service tech, who was also the owner, arrived right on time. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He had the problem diagnosed in under an hour. Customer service on the phone was super friendly. My washer was back in just 2 days!

There was no attempt to make the problem appear to be more complicated (expensive). Only the basic service call was charged. This family company can be trusted to provide an accurate diagnosis of a problem without worry about being taken for a ride. I plan to use them again in the future.

We have a 12-year-old Kenmore front loading washing machine,
in excellent condition. On April 13th, 2016 a Wednesday, a few hours
after doing a successful, normal wash load, my wife noticed a water buildup in
the machine. I shut the water to the machine off, & called Appliance Medic,
which I had found on Angie?s List. The Lady answering the phone, was extremely
polite & professional, taking down all my information, including what was
wrong.  Unfortunately, the soonest she
was able to give me an appointment, was the following Monday, which I accepted.
Shannon arrived at the appointed time. He had a small box
with a new Inlet Valve for the machine in his hand. He said, by the information
of what was wrong that I?d provided, he anticipated the problem, & stopped
to pick up a new input valve on his way here. He was correct in his assumption.
Now that?s professionalism.
Shannon had us back in operation in about 30 minutes.

After attempting to contact 5 other providers with very mixed results, from no callback to over-inflated estimates or just plain excuses, this provider called me back after only a couple of hours with specific facts and figures.  The service appointment was set promptly.  He showed up punctually, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  Good old-fashioned service and value from a youthful fellow, a Veteran, a family man whose values, ethic, energy and ambition I compliment.

If you live in Lehigh and appreciate American tradition and values, patronize this business. ( I choose not to discuss the cost; it was just and fair.)

found a bad board-decided to replace the appliance rather than repair it. Shannon also handles some used appliances that could be useful to some people. Came on time and was quick- there was a billing mix up, but it was quickly and easily resolved-I would use him again
