Technician was on time, got right to work and in no time had it repaired and running. This person was very respectful of our kitchen and furniture and was very personable. He did an expert job. We certainly appreciated his work. We highly recommend this company. On another note, I had incorrectly gave them a bad review when replacing our microwave, however that should not have occurred as they did a super job on that also. We will always use this company for any other repairs or replacements we need.

I rated this company a 3 only because I was forced to put a rating in. I really feel it would be unfair to give them a bad or a good rating, other than my comments here: This might be a good company based on their rating in Angie's list, but after calling them three times and leaving messages requesting service, I could not get a call back from them. I think they are a small company and may be very busy, but a more professional response would have been to at least call back and say that they could not help me for 3 or 4 weeks. That way I could make an informed choice on whether to wait or find someone, who could get to us sooner. Too bad, with their rating, I really would have liked to experience their service.

Josh was on time, professional, friendly, quick, and he did a great job. How showed up with the needed part. And for those concerned, he wore a mask the entire time he was in our home. I highly recommend, and I will definitely call Baxter again if we have more appliance issues.

It went awesome! Josh knew exactly what to do with the dryer. My husband took apart the dryer based on UTube (don’t ever do that) and Josh put it back together, only to find out it was a knob. Josh was kind, easygoing and extremely knowledgeable!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Baxter Appliance Repair. You will not be disappointed!

I called 6 days ago about my dryer and was told someone would be out 4 days ago between 4-6. No body ever showed or called. I called the next morning and left a message. No return call. I called again this am and had no return call. At this point a put a review on the internet and sent a FB message that I was very disappointed in the customer service. I got a phone call saying they would come today between 4-6. I then got another call from Josh stating that they were cancelling the appointment because of the review I had posted. He was raising his voice and being very disrespectful. My husband then raised his voice back and told him that we have never been treated like this as a customer. Very disappointed and would not recommend them!

"You are completely correct on us not showing up on Thursday and I can’t apologize enough for that. Things have been crazy due to the covid issue and were trying to get caught up. I tried to make things right by working late to fix this for you but the screaming and yelling I received from your end is totally unacceptable. I will not put myself or one of my employees in a situation like that. If I knew we screwed up last week I would have been there Friday, Saturday, Or even Sunday to fix it. Out of 12000 jobs you are the first I’ve had to deny service to. We are a small family owned business and we work really hard to give the best service we can to all customers but mistakes happen and for that we are truly sorry. But as said before it did not justify your actions. Have a great day and hope someone else was able to help you."

Terrible. Sent by American Home Shield. First visit said the granite needed to be cut by a certain length. Heard nothing for 3 weeks. Called and was told all of a sudden they did not service our area. When length they gave us was cut it turned out to be too much. Found Baxters to be lackadaisical and NO QUALITY SERVICE. I would not recommend to anyone.

"Good morning, this information is not accurate and I will explain how. We diagnosed your microwave and reported to American Home Shield that it would need to be replaced since the necessary parts were no longer available. We were done at that point and didn’t return after that initial appointment. We absolutely did not tell you to cut granite. That would have been the decision of whatever installer American Home Shield sent, not us. We are subcontracted through that company. We report to them and then the decision is in their hands. I am the business owner and the technician that diagnosed your microwave. Your issue has nothing to do with our company and our service, but with American Home Shield and/or another vendor."

Josh came over and analyzed the problem as a non functioning fan. He did not have the fan but ordered it right away. He called a couple days later to advise he had the fan and scheduled a return visit to install. He came over, installed the new fan and the refrigerator is now working great!

Great! Josh located the problem, showed it to me and put a new part in a relatively short time. We made an appointment on Wednesday for him to come on Friday. On Friday morning I received a call that he was ahead of schedule and could come earlier, if it was ok with us. When he arrived, he went straight to work and had the problem solved in no time. He also gave me a nice discount for using Angies' List. If I have any appliance problems in the future, I will definitely call this company

The leaking refrigerator was repaired quickly and no longer leaks. The triple solenoid on the second refrigerator was replaced because the ice maker was not receiving water and the ice maker was not cycling. Baxter Appliances was on time for both appointments, made the needed repairs in a professional and efficient manner and cleaned up both areas when finished. The charge for parts and labor was fair and I intend to recommend Baxter to my friends and family.

Very well. The only issue I had with Angie's list was that the "other" two referals that were recommended never responded back to me. IF they were Too busy to at least respond. Worked out... now I know in the future that I can depend on Baxter for repairs.

Went very well. From making the appointment to getting the job done. It’s a small company but the best company. Joshua Baxter is the owner his girlfriend makes the appointments and other business in the office. And the two of them are so nice and professional. I made the appointment on a Tuesday he was here on Wednesday fixed it cleaned up and was quick. We used him a couple years ago for our dryer and really liked him then and nothings changed. Would not hesitate to call them again if I could give them an A+ I would.
